Great BB :) Very warm welcome Room very clean and tidy and catered for every need for single person or family holiday to make your stay comfortable as possible. Easy access to town centre and easy access to the beach. My father in law loved (irish John) the whole experience and said he will surely be back again! Thanks again...

We have just stayed at Prestatyn B&B. We had a lovely welcome and we were supplied with a well stocked kitchenette for our breakfast, including tea and coffee. The room was spotlessly clean, with sky TVs, free wifi, and the beds sumptuous, ensuring an excellent nights sleep. We will certainly be returning. Phil and Julia. Stoke on Trent. 25/8/16

Prestatyn Bed and Breakfast is a delightful place. The room is beautiful very modern and has a great little self contained kitchen. The owners Steve and Karen are lovely friendly warm people who give you a great welcome. Not forgetting Henry the dog who is a sweetheart. Thankyou to both of you for making me stay so pleasant.

I cannot recommend Prestatyn B&B highly enough. We had our own private entrance and set of keys, our own kitchen area (stocked with tea and coffee) and bathroom (again fully stocked with everything we needed), and the beds were the most comfortable we've ever slept in! The location is wonderful - just a short walk from the beach, the town...

We have just returned from a week's stay here. Firstly, what a lovely warm welcome from Steve with a very welcome offer of tea and cake! The flat is immaculate, spacious and very cosy and comfortable. The welcome pack in the kitchenette was the perfect start to the holiday. Karen and Steve are very warm people who couldn't do enough...

My sister and I stayed here for two weeks in May and found it to be very comfortable as well as being convenient to the train station, shopping centre and beach front walks. Karen, Steve and their very well trained dog Henry, were very welcoming and friendly and made sure that we had everything we needed while at the same...

Delightful. Clean, well decorated, all the requisite amenities small kitchenette and well designed bathroom. Can't fault it. The owners Karen and Steve are friendly and kind. Their dog Henry is not allowed anywhere near the guest suite but if you like dogs ask to meet him he's a real character. Don't miss this one if you are planning a stay...

Stayed at the Prestatyn B & B for six nights. Hosts Steve and Karen are lovely people and nothing is too much trouble. The accommodation is very comfortable and fully equipped. The breakfasts were superb and one was not spoilt for choice. We shall certainly stay again when we are in the area, that is if we can be lucky...
