Perfectly situated within moderate walking distance from Betws-y-coed this family run B&B offers perfect shelter and warmth after a day of adventuring. We were greeted with "would you like tea or coffee", setting our stay off to a flying start. A very comfortable stay and decent breakfast. The owners were even kind enough to dry our clothes whilst we escaped...

My father and I stayed here for 2 nights to climb Mt Snowdon and had a lovely time with a welcoming host, full breakfast and beautiful scenery. It isn't far from Betws y Coed and about a 15 min drive to the Pen y Pass car park for the Miners and Pyg tracks. We would definitely return here if we...

Will be happy to return to this lovely bed and breakfast as its the ideal place to stay in Snowdonia. Really friendly and helpful host, room was very clean and a very good breakfast. Located next to the ugly house its very close to the mountains and village pubs ( the swallow falls hotel is good for food ) ....

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Can-yr-Afon. A beautiful setting; a good pub just a short walk away and a delightful house and host. Sandra was great - very warm and welcoming! Location for Betws and the Snowdonia mountain range was perfect too. A place you could return again and again. Many thanks, Chris & Kasey!

We stayed here for 1 night, on the 8th June. Sandra was very welcoming, polite & hospitable. The breakfast was awesome just what we needed after a big day & night the views were gorgeous. I will defiantly be using can yr afon again.

We stayed here for 2 nights over a damp weekend in April. Sandra looked after us and we had a fantastic breakfast both mornings. The house is essentially a working sheep farm and we were there in lambing season. We had the room downstairs which did not have an adjoining bathroom, although it was next door. Haven't seen a shower...
