Plas Curig is the 5 Star "glamping" of hostels. Fantastic "hostel", always very clean, very comfortable, great kitchen facilities, very friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. A brilliant place to stay with friends or family. Will definitely be going back again.

Myself and 2 girlfriends stopped here recently and wow!! What a fantastic little place. I've never stopped in a hostel that is so clean and comfortable. I love it. It's not huge but has a comfy lounge with TV, a comfy lobby area in reception where we spent a lot time a large kitchen with everything you could wish for...

As many have said this is not hosteling as you may know it. The staff are great, the facilities are brilliant and the bunk rooms are amazing. They have thought of everything! Free wifi - a well equipped kitchen (and I mean well equipped.) Huge fridges, all the cooking and crockery you will need. The communal areas are really good...

Stayed here with my husband and German shepherd dog with friends in the nearby b&b as here was full. Had a two person a room and they tucked us right out the way which was perfect for our wimpy nervous dog! Very comfy beds, clean showers, beautifully decorated and a very well equipped kitchen. Lots of lovely dog walks of...

This hostel is probably the best I've ever stayed in. It was immaculately clean, the beds in the dorm all had privacy curtains, and the staff were wonderful. After working as drivers on the 3 Peaks Challenge, we didn't arrive at the hostel until 7:30am - 4 hours later than expected. But the staff were very accommodating, leaving our room...

This is the second time I've stayed here and I'll definitely be back. Great location, clean and well equipped, comfortable beds and very friendly staff. The Tyn-y-coed pub which is within walking distance is excellent, as is the cafe next door.

This is not hosteling as you may think. This is a very comfortable, clean and well decorated establishment with friendly staff and great kitchen facilities. Most guests using this facility were groups or families using the hostel as a base for climbing or walking in the Snowdonia region. This definitely isn't slumming it in some awful dive. This place is...
