This was a very nice short break. The room was in a cottage one house away. The cottage had its own kitchen and lounge for watching TV. The bedroom was big enough and really nicely presented, what made it excellent was the bathroom that was as big as the bedroom with a stand alone bath and Molten Brown bath products....

We stayed Saturday and Sunday during the Seafood Festival, which is organised by the lovely Heulyn's. Though I've eaten here many times, this was my first stay and the attention to detail is incredible. They really have thought of everything and the finishing in the rooms is perfect, just the right mix of comfort and style! Top this off with...

If boutique hotels are your bag and your travels take you to Mid/West Wales you will be pushed to find a nicer establishment than the Harbourmaster. Located in the pleasant village of Aberaeron, it has lovely views over the harbour (if you fancy a post prandial stroll remember there are no railings!). Staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. Food and...

This was our first time to The Harbourmaster - even though we're Cardiff folk. Fantastic place. Such friendly staff - all of whom speak Welsh of course. Beautiful local food, individually designed rooms. Such a credit to this beautiful country. Not to be missed.

Even though we didn't stay at this hotel,we went their daily for drinks. It has a lovely atmosphere and really friendly staff. One of our party was in a wheelchair and the access was great. It has a very well finished inside but we liked to sit outside on the harbor and the staff did not mind at all.

We had heard rave reviews from friends and so decided to check it out for ourselves and we were certainly not disappointed. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel extremely welcome and the deputy manager (whose name escapes me - sorry!) made a point of showing us to our room herself. it was the little things that...

Arrived to a very warm welcome. Just missed out on complementary coffee/tea and cake but made up for this on other days. Hotel is very comfortable, well appointed and beautifully decorated. Staff were all excellent. Ate here three nights out of four. Twice in the restaurant with another night in the bar. Food all really tasty and very reasonably priced....

A warm welcome on arrival with super coffee and cake after the trip there. Our room in the adjacent cottage was comfortable with all amenities including dressing gown and slippers. The view was across the harbour and beyond. Very quiet. Our dining experience was excellent with freshly cooked food, both for dinner and breakfast. Staff are attentive without being obtrusive...
