a friendly welcome with warm welsh cakes & tea, amazingly comfortable beds & top quality linen, flat screen tv, superb shower, sadly no harbour view as the twin is out the back but we didn't come to sit in our room and look out of the window! Incredible breakfasts, cooked to order. Lesley is a natural host and nothing was...

There is a huge attention to every detail. The welcome is warm, the rooms are immaculate, and the breakfast, with local produce, is amongst the best we have had. This is a perfect base to walk the coastal path, and to eat at the excellent harbourmaster restaurant which is literally next door. Couple all this with the view of the...

Where do we start? We came across the place while looking for somewhere reasonably priced in Aberaeron, but were in for quite a surprise. We were welcomed with a pot of tea and freshly cooked welshcakes on the bench out the front overlooking the harbour. The bedroom was excellent! The bed was the comfiest either of us have ever slept...

I cannot imagine how I could have had a more perfect stay than this. I was booked in by my company which has a local site. But when I arrived I felt very much on a luxurious holiday: warm welcome with tea and Welsh cake delivered to room, gorgeous furniture, high-end sheets, pillows fit for a princess, flowers, exquisite bathroom...

We returned to 3 Pen Cei as our Uncle who lives in Aberaeron was celebrating his 90th birthday. As usual, it was perfect. The rooms are immaculate, the decorations and provisions of the highest quality and Lesley and John the perfect hosts. Breakfast, especially the bacon, is spectacular!!! You can hardly call this a B&B - it is 5 star...

The experience began with a warm Welsh welcome from Lesley - a lovely lady with a bubbly personality. We had the best, and largest, room in the house - Aeron, with a beautiful view from our window over the harbour and colourful boats. Aeron boasts loads of space plus a huge bathroom with a huge bath as well as a...

I cannot recommend this B&B highly enough. It is absolutely gorgeous! The room was absolutely immaculate & decorated to the the highest standard. The bedding was like nothing I have ever slept in - so soft & comfortable! We stayed in Dyfi & it was beautiful! I have honestly stayed in worse 5 star hotels than this B&B. Lesley the...

Really lovely place to stay. Perfect location by the harbour, comfortable and stylsh rooms, great breakfasts. Friendly but unfussy service, really welcoming. Thoroughly recommended. We stayed in one of the attic rooms while our teenage kids had a larger twin downstairs, both rooms very pleasant.

Our second visit to 3 Pen Cei was just as good as the first. Fabulous breakfasts, spotlessly clean bedrooms, and a fantastic host. We couldn't fault it - beautiful place in lovely surroundings. Definitely my favourite place to stay in the area.
