Just about every year we travel to Memphis for Thanksgiving. Generally we stay downtown at the Madison. Rooms are modern with good amenities. The room stay includes a voucher for breakfast, always a plus. The thing that irks me is ordering something simple like grapefruit juice -- instead of actual grapefruit juice, they only serve a grapefruit "drink" that's primarily...

Enjoyed our stay very much. Friendly staff, ease of check-in/out. Rooms very nice. Wish the weather had been better to better enjoy the roof top bar. Went up anyway for one drink and took in the view. Would stay again.

The hotel staff greeting was great to begin with especially after traveling all day. The room was clean, but missed some details in the bathroom in regards to splashed material the glass on the picture frame and the stuff around the faucet before I started using the room. However, the decor and furnishings were nice. The bed was clean and...

Stayed two nights here and really enjoyed our stay. Service was good, the room were really nice and the location was also great. I even loved the elevators with their musical theme. The hotel also features what must be one of the better views in Memphis from their roof top bar. Would definately stay here again if we ever return...

The room is nice but room 1403 needs work. It wasn't clean to my expectations. Ceiling had spots, bathtub and door to bathroom dirty. I did not expect to find the room in this condition. Every staff members we encountered were extremely nice and professional . Marquel Price (?sp) was EXCELLENT. If he had the skill set needed in my...

I have shared your comments with the Housekeeping Management and with the Engineering team. I hope you will give us the opportunity to redeem...

Loved this hotel and room. Bath and bed and decor excellent.Only flaws were a worn/shredded sheer drape (behind an awesome drape and a horrible scent sprayed at bed turn down-Febreeze? Allergic to fragrance-horrible on sinus-should have changed room, but really, loved the room, 1202. Also did not like the restaurant food-shrimp and grits, salad was soggy.

My companion and I had a thoroughly enjoyable stay at the Madison from the service by the valets and front door staff to check in. Everyone was professional but also friendly and genuinely seemed to care about our needs and comfort. Had to ask to have a curtain stay so that I could enjoy the nice view and the engineer...

We drove to Memphis and found it very easy to find the Madison. All the staff were lovely, very helpful. Our room was great, consisted of a separate bedroom, lounge, large bathroom with separate shower, bath. We went up to the roof bar and enjoyed a drink overlooking the Mississippi River, what a view. We couldn't get a table in...

Stayed at the Madison for 2 nights and enjoyed every moment of our stay. It was quite central to most things. We did a lot of walking. But the trolley car was just half a block away. The staff were very efficient especially Felicia, she was was helpful when we first arrived. Gave us maps of all the interesting places...
