We always enjoy our stay at the Peabody. The rooms are nice and it is perfectly located for the St. Jude race. My only complaint is with the valet parking and it is consistently poorly run. It always takes longer than expected to retrieve your car even calling well in advance. Lots of confusion, etc. They are all friendly but... More

I feel bad leaving a bad review, but I'm just not impressed with this hotel. I wouldn't be happy if I had paid $150 instead of $475. The walls are unbelievably thin, the bed and bath linens smell old and the bed is super noisy. There's barely enough room to turn around in the bathroom. I feel like I'm visiting... More

Stayed here late November to early December. Very impressed with the staff helping you all the time. The hotel is very elegant. The duck parade is a big tourist draw. The restaurants are very good but be prepared to pay a premium. The room was very nice with lots of amenities. Wifi was great. I knew about the small bathrooms.... More

My friend and I went to stay just one night in the the famous Peabody, upon arrival to our 300.00+ room, there was so much dust on dresser and mirror you could write your name in it, also on the dresser was a used glucometer strip. I did call service desk and maid services was directly sent up, she apologized... More

Always a relaxing and fun stay here. Dinner at Chez Philippe was incredible. Food outstanding with great presentation and even better service! Bar in lobby and the Corner Bar had great drinks with equally great service. And reception and bell staff very friendly and helpful. And then there are the ducks--always fun to watch them come and go. Can't say... More

this grand hotel of the south is rich with history and beauty but don't forget about the famous Peabody ducks! Within walking distance to most of Memphis's attractions. Have a drink in the grand lobby bar and look at the magistracy of this amazing hotel. Even the shops are rich with history. You can buy a Elvis wedding jacket if... More

These people should be contacted and offered a FREE CHRISTMAS BRUNCH on the Peabody's tab this year after the awful service and food they received for $200! To some that may not be must but to a vast majority it's a small fortune ! You should call them and offer them this brunch free and at a earlier time and... More

First let me say I did not stay in this hotel. Too expensive. But met with friends who were staying there. It is certainly a beautiful hotel with it's quirkiness. Like the whole duck thing. I just don't get it. I'm sure it's really interesting or cutesy for some people, but it certainly didn't make the so-so expensive cocktails worth... More

Such a beautiful hotel that was easy to get to and perfectly located for the downtown sites. Great ambiance and the Christmas décor was awesome. The DUCKS were neat. The crown jewel of the South lived up to its name. We did not get to enjoy any of the restaurants - but the Deli and Desserts bar was awesome. Great... More

My family and I stayed at the Peabody for Thanksgiving and it was wonderful. We enjoyed watching the ducks in the grand lobby then had our Thanksgiving dinner in the restaurant shortly after. The food and service were great and the room we stayed in was spacious and clean. The Peabody is the crown jewel of memphis and lives up... More
