Lovely little Guest House, we couldnt fault it. Nice welcoming and helpful hosts. Really peaceful sleep and the breakfast in the morning set us up for the day. Thank you. we would certainly not hesitate to recommend this place and we will be booking again if we are back in Stranraer.

Due to a nitemare with Stena Line instead of ending up in Liverpool at 6.30am, the alternative was arriving in cairnryan at 01.45am. We rang from the ferry and woke them up! We were greeted with a warm welcome and had a great few hours sleep in a spacious clean family room. We had a lovely big breakfast before continuing...

This is a brilliant guest house! I booked my room online as the photos were really good and it looked a nice place to stay. The guest house didn't disappoint! I was given a warm welcome on arrival and taken to my room-which is so much nicer than having to find it yourself! My room was beautifully furnished and was...

Stayed in the Harbour Lights just after New Year and it has to one of the nicest places we have ever stayed at..Rhona and Colin were very accommodating, even taking my 2 children up to see their ponies, which was the highlight of their stay. Rooms were spotless with juice and sweets for the children as well as the usual...

Two weary travellers needed accommodation for one night after our ferry was cancelled. Fortunately we called at Harbour Lights and were warmly welcomed by Colin. Suffice to say we were offered a spotlessly clean, modern, bright bedroom complete with ensuite facilities. The next mornng we were treated to an extremely generous breakfast before leaving to catch our delayed ferry. My...

We stayed here in September 2014. The rooms were well prepared and comfortable and after a long drive very enjoyable to relax in. Breakfast was awesome with very tasty and wholesome food on offer. The friendly owners were helpful and pleasant with good local knowledge. A real good place to stay.

Thank-you for taking time to write a review on the Harbour Lights. Unfortunately we are not responsible for the work going on at the Harbour but all is finished now and it looks wonderful so worth the short disturbance. Thank-you once again Rhona and Colin Brown

I recently stayed here for 4 weeks whilst on a university placement and there's nothing negative you could possibly say about this lovely b&b. The rooms are fantastic, its only a short walk away from local amenities, plenty of choice at breakfast and loads of easy parking across the road. However, above all has to be the lovely owners, Rhona...

There is plenty of parking and in the morning just a few minutes to the port. Colin was so helpful with advice re eating out that night, there are several places just a short walk away. We...
