I think that a new shower is needed as it just gave a trickle of water. The food in the hotel was wonderful...

Food in the restaurant was great, nice and relaxed. When we were in the ice rink the curling was 10/10 as was the food, we ate in the Alpine restaurant and also...

My wife June and I are very dissabled,so when we both had a clear week without any hospital appointments,I said 'that's it we're off',we need some R&R!. First I looked up holiday bargain breaks at seaside hotels on the Internet, and this one looked good to me,so I booked 6 nights full board in a disabled room with sea view,at £50-00...

My wife and I have just returned from a long weekend break with a group of friends/curlers and I have to tell you it was just fantastic. From the friendliness of the staff(and I mean every one of them) from the maids to the waiters/waitresses to the manageress they could not have done more for us if they tried. I...

Yes this is an old style hotel and yes it isn't all contemporary lines but it oozes in old style charm. It reminds me of the likes of Crieff hydro many, many years ago. It is so so comfortable and cosy, we just loved it's relaxed atmosphere. Our room was enormous and spotlessly clean with a very comfy, cosy bed....

My Wife and I recently spent a 3 night break at the North West Castle. The staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. We had a large room in the older part of the Hotel. The room was very clean and bright with a sitting area for watching the TV. The bathroom was large and...
