We stayed for 2 nights during our road trip holiday. It was nice Inn, small but cozy. Staff was friendly. Our room facing road side and have a bit view of loch Lomond. Breakfast was basic and simple but enough to start your day. We ate dinner at their restaurant and food was good. Scott beef and ale pie was...

I went to the Lodge on Loch Lomond to attend a wedding there. The hotel is nice looking, well designed, very well located, with great views. But when I arrived in Reception, I was confronted by the odd sight of the blonde seated Receptionist, having her hair stroked by another girl with dark hair standing behind her. My initial assumption...

For years I have driven past this Inn and thought I would like to stay there for a night given the setting. Finally as a birthday present I booked one night here and I was so disappointed. The room was on the groundfloor so didn't have the best view of Ben Lomond that I wanted (and paid for) instead I...

I awarded the 2 stars for the professionalism and friendliness of the girl who checked us in and later waited on us for our evening meal. She was excellent and the saving grace of our nights stay. Other than that the Inn on Loch Lomond failed to impress. When booking I paid extra for an executive double with a view...

I was disheartened to hear that you were disappointed with your recent stay. I can only apologise for our shortcomings but I am delighted to hear the service you experienced from our team member Stephanie who is an asset to the organisation. I hope that you will consider re visiting the Inn for us to get the opportunity to show...

An interesting experience. The room was large, the bed comfortable. The catering was a curate's egg. Saturday evening the service was very slow, fishcakes tasteless and the steal cold. Sundays meal was very timely and the curry and fish and chips were excellent. The hotel was nearer to the road than I expected but the traffic was not a problem...

We had booked here for Two days. Was a little disappointing with our room (112) as we were not overlooking the Loch but also very small. In all fairness they tried to move us however, fully booked. The next day they did move us to which we were very happy. The room was lovely and spacious Room 207. Throughout our...

Pricy and noisy! Went with daughter nothing to do if you dont have a car as all the water sports and visitor attractions are too far away and public transport very expensive and hours apart. Hotel was dated cracks in floor and walls. Room was above the bar had to phone to ask for music to be turned down after...

Beware! We've been here about an hour and wish we had booked elsewhere. No air conditioning in the room just an oscillating fan running in the room upon our arrival. The window will only open a crack so there is no fresh air from outside to help cool the room, feels like 80 degrees Fahrenheit. Also note there is a...

Fantastic rooms but you access off the car park, motel style. The Reception area was messy on arrival with no one in attendance so we waited for the sullen one to show up.
