From the outside, this place looks like a picture postcard. Inside, the rooms are bright, clean, fresh, welcoming, and the beds are comfortable. Through a bit of bad planning I arrived after dark and hungry. The dinner they threw together it was one of the best of my entire trip. At breakfast time, they served actual coffee, as opposed to...

Really enjoyed my stay. Very nice and accommodating hosts. The house is very nicely decorated and clean, and i really liked the shared living room with a DIY real fire (luckily a fellow guest knew how to tend it as i didn't!). Lovely surroundings. I will definitely stay again if i come back to the area as the hosts were...

The Ewich House was our first B&B stay as we headed north after a 2-day stint in Edinburgh. We were met with a warm welcome and comfortable beds. There were a couple eating options for dinner just up the road and we really enjoyed the comfortable guest area where we capped off the day by kicking up our feet with...

I arrived at Ewich house early in the evening, after a very long day of walking along the West Highland Way. I was amazed at what I found. I had a large double room all to myself, nice and clean, hot water, plenty of coffee, tea, biscuits ... I have never seen such attention to detail in a B&B -...

Lovely hotel! The location is good, nice and quiet when the nearby road isn't busy. West Highland Way walking route can be found a bit further along the road. The chickens in the garden who provide the eggs for breakfast were also nice to see! I am looking forward to staying here again :)

After being here only one night, we regretted not staying longer. Daniel & Sylvia were very helpful. Remote, in a wood, surrounded by trees and hills, this b&b is just past the northern end of Loch Lomond. Top off everything with a good breakfast, and we left, wondering why we didn't plan to stay longer.

Ewich House is not the worst place we have stayed in, but it certainly proved a great disappointment. We booked because of the rave reviews we read on TripAdvisor (642 ‘excellent’ reviews out of a total of 764) and the content of the House web-site. Our experience reflected the content of neither. Something has changed and it seems that the...

This place is terrific, run by an incredibly helpful Swiss couple. I stayed there from October 25-November 1, 2016. A beautiful house, about 1.5 miles out of Crianlarich. They just cannot do enough for you, so nice to be with such enthusiastic people. Beds were great, it is quiet, you will have no difficulty sleeping. The Breakfasts are good, a...

We arrived on a cold wet night and missed the drive (entrance could be made clearer) the first drive by. We were made most welcome and shown to our room which was a good size and airy. The only disappointment was the shower which had very weak pressure. Very welcome were the drying facilities for clothes. We spent the evening...

The bed frame was very creaky and every time we shifted, we were awoken by the noise of the bed. They provided a crib for our child, but no linens! The caretakers were polite but it just didn't feel family friendly. Breakfast was great, cooked to order with fresh farm eggs. The property and the house is very quaint and...
