We stayed at Longshadows in October 2004 and Wonderful is the word that comes to mind. Excellent in every aspect. The rooms are extremely comfortable and clean, Gary is spectacular (cheers to Moly as well), the decoration is awesome and the Breakfast is marvelous. We really felt at home. The best B&B in Scotland.

We stayed one night on our trip back to Glasgow Airport and found this little gem of a bed and breakfast. The different rooms seem to be furnished by artists. We chose one with posters of Follies and a tiny bathroom which felt spacy by large mirrors. John was very friendly and helpful arranging a reservation for a late dinner...

Gary was the perfect host from the moment we first spoke on the telephone and was even more welcoming once we arrived. The room was perfect and the whiskey a nice touch. After a wet day in the highlands a take away curry and a night in the lounge was just the right thing and the breakfasts were perfect too!...

“We stayed in the room with no internal bathroom, so Gary gives you access to the main bathroom. No problem with that. It's excellent as the rest of the cottage.”
