Fourth visit here. As usual delighted with room , service and food. The only draw back is as I've Saud before there is no lift which makes it very difficult if you have mobility issues. It's a shame cause hotel is in middle of town so handy for shops and promenade

Overnight stay with friends. On arrival we were met by some lovely staff. Rooms are a little dated but the view from the room was outstanding. Breakfast was superb and the waitress was very courteous. Will certainly stay here again

This hotel is quite dated. The carpet up the stairs to the reception is worn and is symbolic of the rest of the hotel. Our room was clean but, again, dated. The bed clothes were very old (although clean). The cushions laid on the bed were ancient. The shower was good although the en suite was tiny. Overall, this is...

The power of social media!! You review and I reply. It is always nice to receive good reviews and if not we would always wish for a review to be accurate. The carpet on the entrance stair did take a pounding during winter and if you had been observant you would have noticed that the replacement was already taking place....

This hotel was clean and comfortable. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and with a fine view out over the bay. The staff were helpful and friendly and the breakfast was good. The only niggle I have is that the carpet on the stairs was showing its age - I think it's due for replacement!

Had a lovely time at the Victoria hotel in Rothesay. The hotel was quaint and rustic, with lots of personal touches, just what you'd expect in a beautiful Scottish location. It was well maintained and spotlessly clean. The staff were warm and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The food and service with a smile was excellent and Ghillies...

This hotel is right across the road from the ferry, so no long walk. We had a beautiful view across the sea. Extremely clean with gleaming white sheets and towels. The bathroom was large and the bedroom was adequate. Carpet was slightly worn but apart from that everything was great. A cooked breakfast was included in the price. There is...

From the outside, I wasn't sure what to expect. By the time I left I was more than happy. Basic clean hotel. Nothing overly fancy in terms of decor ... but the staff were very friendly, room was utterly spotless, bed was comfy and Wi-Fi was excellent (I need it so I could work). Was using the hotel to deliver...

I've given this hotel an 'Excellent' rating but I have a but.... We had an enjoyable stay at this old established hotel on the front at Rothesay. The rooms, I booked three separate ones for myself, my son and my father, were all well appointed generous en suite rooms. Absolutely no issues with the rooms or breakfast. We also ate...
