I loved this hotel and its staff. They were uber accommodating and hospitable. I completed the five ferries cycle challenge on Sunday (14/10/18) by myself, which was idiotic to begin with. Anyway, I ended up missing the last ferry back to Weymss Bay. I was exhausted and they put

Just had a two night stay here for work but I will be coming back to this hotel with hubby soon, I hope, as I've thoroughly enjoyed the stay here.

This hotel was booked as a surprise getaway for the wife and I. There was a warm welcome when we arrived. We had a room on top floor with a fantastic view over the harbour and bay. Breafast was excellent as was the friendliness of the staff. Our room was clean with seating at the

Disappointed to see this review!! We have examined the bathroom and whilst we accept your comments, we do think your description is limited to a small area. This has been a very busy season and yes things do need done as the rooms have been in constant use and not always easy to maintain. The grout on the tiles is beside the shower and is down on our list for maintenance. Equally the markings on a small section of the ceiling are recent and all due to constant use. The stair carpet is being replaced as you observed however not an easy task whist we are busy and is being done in small sections. We do receive many positive comments on the standard of cleanliness and will continue to maintain a good standard albeit for the reasons explained, this can be challenging.

Parking is mentioned but the photographs suggest the hotel is on a main road with shops on the ground floor at the front. If so, where is the parking and is it secure or at least off the main road.
Hi, it's on street parking, just in front of the hotel ...
