Wow, what a view from our large and spacious room. We just sat in the bay window and watched the ferries coming and going for hours. Owners were really friendly and delivered a great breakfast. Would definitely go back.

Had a one night stay at the Ardyne at the end of April couldn't fault it the owners were really helpful and the breakfast was top class. Rooms were above average size and spotless location couldn't be better worth the ratings it gets in TripAdvisor. Well worth a visit when visiting Bute.

Stayed for a night on the top floor which has great views over the bay. Room had everything we needed with good selection of toiletries and nice big bed. The hosts were extremely welcoming and gave us some tips on what to do whilst on the island. Breakfast was amazing with the best scrambled eggs and smoked salmon - yum!...

We had a lovely stay with David and Kate in their comfortable guest house, an easy 10 minute walk from Rothesay town centre. We had one of the large, sea-facing rooms and had fantastic views of gannets fishing in the bay. The good choice of breakfasts included delicious smoked salmon and scrambled egg (and you don't have to choose the...

The owners (Dave and Kate) were very welcoming and friendly and made us most welcome. The best B and B we stayed at during of travels of the Western Isles. Our room was tucked away at the rear, was very large and extremely peaceful(think it was no 4) with a good shower and quality toiletries. Lovely breakfast with plenty of...

Ensuite, although small, was well laid out with a very good shower with very good quality toiletries. Very comfortable double bed and we had a very...

We only stayed one night here on a cycling tour of Arran and Bute. The accommodation was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good and set us up for the day. The hosts were helpful and friendly. As Bed and Breakfasts go this was exactly what had been promised.
