We stayed one night in the amazing Turret room up an outside stone staircase. The room truly has the WOW factor but we had to request two electric heaters from Housekeeping to enable us to fully appreciate the enormous room! A Huge bathroom complete with a stand alone bath and a shower taking up one of the turrets, a small...

Had eaten here previously but never stayed. Always have a weekend away in January and decided we didn't want to travel down to central belt. We settled on Meldrum House and what an excellent choice! Ate in restaurant on Friday night, food superb and nothing I could fault. Love the bar and had such great service, all the staff really...

First impressions at the end of a long drive were very positive- floodlit fountains, and a spectacular baronial building. Stayed 2 nights in one of the lovely new rooms. Extremely comfortable, with a generous and luxurious bathroom, comfy bed, and a balcony overlooking the manicured golf course .. The place is a handsome and historic house, but the combination of...

Had our daughters wedding here June 2016 (1st in new ballroom). Everything was so well organised, meal was excellent, service was spot on. Stayed overnight in beautiful new bedroom, breakfast was excellent. Can't fault anything.

Just spent a night at the Meldrum House Hotel at the discounted January rate of £80. Stayed in one of the new bedrooms over looking the golf course. Rooms were completed last June. Hotel itself is the epitome of the country house hotel with the old part well looked after. We had a bed and breakfast rate and did not...

Staying over and attending the Hogmanay Ball was a disappointment, but that is perhaps a reflection of doing the same, last year at the Marcliffe Hotel, Aberdeen. The hotel is well appointed and our room the bridal suite was very good, apart from an extremely basic camp bed provided for our daughter (proper single bed at the Marcliffe) The good...

My husband and I booked in here for a night in the Lairds suite as a Christmas present. We got married here last year so we knew the hotel and its staff are impeccable. The food is wonderful - we enjoyed venison and banoffee tart for dessert. Our room was fabulous as ever - staff were attentive and polite. Will...
