We stayed here on Friday 11th of November for my brothers wedding that was near by. We checked in late afternoon we had specifically asked for a family room, well it couldn't of been further from a family room!! Two single beds and a zed bed, we had barely any room to move around and anyone with a 3 year...

We stayed over last Sunday night as we were at a wedding nearby. Room we were in was extremely basic, large room but not even a wardrobe. Extremely noisy toilet when flushing, couldn't get hot water from the shower. Huge bed but extremely thin mattress through which I could feel the slats on the base of the bed. We were...

Thank you for taking the time to review your stay with us. The Kaim park hotel is a small family run hotel with only 27 rooms. Each room has an en suite bathroom, tea and coffee making facilities, telephone and flat screen television. We find this is usually enough for our guests. The main hotel is over 100 years old...

Rooms over the bar. Noisy. Kids can't get to sleep. Service at the restaurant appallingly slow and people left in disgust. Staff that threaten you if you complain. Never again. Stayed here once because i had little other options. Best advice, go with a reputable hotel group if you are staying here.

Thank you for taking the time to review our hotel. The Kaim Park Hotel is a family friendly hotel we understand that the bar can be noisy at the weekend and we realise this can occasionally be a problem for our guests. Unlike some places we do not expect our guests to suffer a situation which will effect the quality...

Great wee hotel did what it said on the tin. Bed was comfy. Breakfast was OK. Room was roasting when arrived helped with a great sleep. Arrived early for the wedding they checked me in and had my bag in the room when got back from the wedding. Good service.

Went for a meal here. Had a very small selection due to the fridge not working. Food was ok but we were overcharged. We questioned the bill and had to properly calculate for them. Not a word of apology and they did not seem to care at all. The same reaction was recieved by the supervisor. Very dissappointed. Would not...

Booked to stay here for 2 nights for a family wedding in Bathgate. Arrived on the Friday, having requested extra beds in double rooms. None of these beds were in any of the rooms requested. Some family didn't even have working lights in their rooms, not ideal when getting ready for a wedding. Allocated room 9 for myself and my...

The room was tiny with a bed that was as least 15yrs old! Squeaky with a lumpy, flat, feel the springs matress! The corridors reeked of marijuana grass! No toilet roll in the room upon arrival probably because there was no holder to put it on! Worst night sleep ever.

Stayed at hotel. The staff were very polite and helpful. Food was excellent. Location was ideal for local wedding venues. Three couples stayed this time and would certainly recommend it to friends and family.

I booked this hotel after seeing the lovely pictures of their rooms. Well the room we stayed in,18, the first room on the right in the very narrow corridor, was nothing like the pictures. A tiny shower cubicle with mildew on the grouting, round the bottom seal of the enclosure and the shower head covered in mildew too! The toilet...
