Spent two nights at this hotel, all the staff friendly and nice. Room very clean, delicious breakfast. Superb view of the lake. Five minutes walking distance from city center and the port. Would recommend this hotel.

We had a lovely time here. The staff were all so friendly. They were all so willing to give advice and recommendations about what to do locally, which was so helpful! There are some amazing walks just around the corner of the hotel. If you enjoy geocaching, make sure you save the maps off line, or it will drain your...

Spent a night in Cuillin Hills hotel during our roadtrip through Scotland. The staff is very well trained and the room is very spacious. It is a very relaxing place on the hillside with a nice view of Portree. The breakfast was the best we had in the country.

The views from this hotel and restaurant are absolutely spectacular. The hotel is nice, rooms are very clean and plenty spacious. The bathrooms are also very nice. There is onsite parking and a restaurant. The included breakfast is a bit disorganized in the morning but gets the job done. We had some medical issues and they were also very accommodating...

This is a very expensive hotel to stay at, but I have always wanted to stay on the Isle of Skye. Something about the name.... it was one of our big splurges on our recent trip to Scotland and Ireland. The room we had had a sea view and came with robes and a bidet. The grounds are amazing. We...

My husband and I spent our honeymoon in this stunning hotel 40 years ago and decided to return for a nostalgic return trip for our anniversary. WHY HAS IT TAKEN US SO LONG TO COME BACK to this magical and romantic island!!!!!! I don't remember every being treated with such care and attention by the staff of any hotel to...

Being on Isle of Skye is amazing in itself. This review is for staying at the hotel for two nights in April 2017. While the view was amazing from the main hotel dining area, the rest of our stay didn't warrant 5 stars unfortunately. I was not 'wowed' staying here for two nights. First and foremost, our room was in...

This hotel is located on the water just northeast of the town of Portree. The setting is beautiful. The hotel was a bit hard to find; you have to get as close as you can with GPS and then follow the signs. Although it is a short walk from the town, the first part of the walk is along a...

We visited mid week for evening meal and decided to sit in their impressive malt bar in front of the whisky selection on display. Food was of a high standard and the service was catching up. The view from the restaurant looking out to the harbour was a bit smiling point. Nice place to visit but we didn't stay overnight.

We were only here for lunch after a funeral but it was really lovely. Sitting in the bay window of the lounge we had the most glorious view. The staff were so helpful and the soup, sandwiches and shortbread very good.
