There really are not enough superlatives for this wonderful hotel and staff. We were warmly welcomed by Janet (now living in Oban) who also checked on us throughout our stay to ensure our comfort. There is no lift, so an obliging young man, whose name I have sadly forgotten carried our bags to the 3rd level. He was also one...

We have photographed a number of weddings here and Janet and her team work so tirelessly to take care of the couple and any guests they might have. The rooms are beautiful - with gorgeous wall-paper and comfortable sofas in the lounge of the hotel. The bar is well stocked. The hotel is full of interesting little nooks and crannies...

A friend and I were visiting Skye to see Talisker distillery and wanted to visit an establishment which had a decent whiskey bar and also served decent steaks. We picked this hotel and on entering, we were impressed by the grounds and hotel itself. The whiskey collection is on display on the left upon entering and was indeed impressive. We...

A lady welcomed us very warm and she escorted us to the room! Room was clean, nice decorated and big enough! Bathroom was super clean and big! Breakfast was tasty and the view from the breakfast area is awesome! The bad thing is that wifi is not working properly!

We arrived at the hotel around 17:00. We chose this hotel because "it offers an award winning restaurant." After checking in, we were told that the restaurant was full and the only slot available was 20:30. After arriving at the restaurant on time, we had to wait 20 minutes for the table to be ready. At 20:50, we finally ordered...

Views from hotel gardens and restaurant were wonderful. Food in restaurant was delicious. Walked up to Old Man of Storr on Sunday when the weather was dry and clear - breathtaking scenery!! Will...

This is the best hotel in the area. It's a few hundred meters from town, with a nice view on the bay. Premier rooms are nicely decorated and sized. Service is OK, and drinks are cheap. Generous breakfast. Now wifi does not work in the rooms further away from the front desk. Lighting of the common areas is very bleak....

We had a great two night stay at Cuillin Hills Hotel. We were warmly welcomed by receptions staff checked in quickly but with enough information given to us. Our room was large enough for us and well appointed, the complimentary fruit bowl is a nice touch. The bathroom was a decent size with a bath and shower (not a separate...
