First class from arrival to departure. Friendly, helpful, multi-tasking staff. Very comfortable room and no disturbance at all from works going on in one of the wings. We had breakfast and lunch each of our three days and the quality was outstanding.

Location, location, location-AMAZING! And the room was warm and comfortable. The breakfast generous and delicious, and the staff were lovely, friendly and efficient. Cannot wait for the July wedding in this magical place!

Beautiful location, nice rooms and friendly staff. The only downside is that the WiFi doesn't work in all the rooms. It blows my mind that any hotel in 2017, especially a luxury one, would have this problem. It's not like it's difficult to get some repeaters or something. However, other than that it's a very nice hotel, and if you're...

I reckon this is probably the best place to stay in Portree. Comparing it to other hotels, the price is on par, however you do get a lot more for your money. Location wise - it's tucked away however it is walking distant from the square. The garden is incredible with breathtaking views. I especially enjoyed having a glass of...

If you know Scotland and the west coast you'll know wind and rain are standard at this time of year. We were staying at a nearby B&B and had walked into the centre to watch the rugby. We decided to stop for dinner here on the way back and were turned away from a very empty restaurant 'in case staying...

Myself and my partner spent 3 nights at the cuillin hills hotel and we cannot fault a single part of it, our experience from when was first walked in the door was simply fantastic. We had arrived earlier than the check in time but the reception staff went out of their was to make sure we could get into the...

Hotel is lovely, the building has many original features, the staff are all nice apart from the Irish lady, who was on reception of a evening, she was rude, ignorant, & should not be working with the public, I heard a few people moaning about her, she should find another job, like timing the eggs, certainly not with people who have...

A lovely view over the harbour of Portree and behind the Cuillin Hills from this beautiful, comfortable hotel. And when it rains, as it will, a log fire to curl up in front of with your glass of whiskey, to be surpassed only by the warmth of your welcome.

This hotel was the score of my trip. I was booked in by lovely people who told me a bit about the area. The room was gorgeous and the toiletries were first class... The hotel itself offers an amazing dinner menu and the breakfast (which was included in the price) was THE best ever. Not only was the food good...
