We have just returned from a 6 night stay at Druimard, Dervaig, Mull. We had the best time! It's a spacious Victorian house, overlooking the inlet. Position is great, beautiful, peaceful and a 5 min walk from a pub serving excellent food and a minute or 2 more from a small, well-stocked supermarket in the village. Sally & Graham, the... More

Sally and Graham are excellent hosts; around when you want them to be, friendly and chatty with lots of local knowledge, and hidden away in the evening. The house is beautiful, with a regularly-changing display of their gorgeous artworks. Breakfast was a fantastic effort; we were lucky enough to be offered fresh smoked sea trout with scrambled eggs as an... More

My husband and I stayed here in August and were immediately made to feel welcome by Sally and Graham. The rooms are nicely decorated, clean and quiet - great for relaxing and a good night's sleep. The breakfast was amazing - particularly the scrambled egg and trout. And if you're interested in art then there is plenty to look at... More

We totally endorse the previous (September 2014) review of Sally & Grahams hospitality in their lovely house and of the facilities in Dervaig. We had a lovely time here and went home with one of Sally's pictures. Do try the scrambled egg breakfast with smoked trout.

Dervaig Country House is a lovely B&B with warm-hearted, enthusiastic, helpful, and funny hosts. We loved Sally´s and Graham´s breakfast – perfect scrambled eggs, delicious sea trout/salmon, and creamy porridge. The wonderful Full Scottish would fill you up the whole day. The rooms are affectionately decorated, clean, very quiet, and have a beautiful view over Loch Cuin. As Sally and... More

Very comfortable accommodation with very welcoming hosts. Plenty to do on Mull, good evening food a short walk away in the Bellachroy Hotel/restaurant! A very relaxing stay in an island retreat. The owners are both artists and have interesting displays throughout the house.

Lovely place to stay. Quiet. Super hosts, suspect that everyone feels that they are leaving as friends rather than guests. Excellent suggestions for places to eat and trips to do. Excellent breakfasts too. As warned by our hosts you do need to book local pub if you want to be sure of a table. Not many alternatives nearby.

Where do we start? A B&B with a twist. Run by local artists (check out local crafts shops for 'Bruce'), with a passion for the Island and for upholding the best in B&B hosting - this is one of those places that you kind of want to keep to yourself for fear of it becoming over-exposed! A two-night stay in... More

A brilliant stay. Sally and Graham were the perfect hosts and nothing was too much trouble for them. They even sourced emergency petrol for us from an ancient gerrycan when we were almost running on empty and had to get to the ferry the following morning. The breakfasts were wonderful and individually prepared - from delicious, perfectly scrambled egg to... More
