The site is in a terrific location and the pitches have amazing views. The wardens are very friendly and helpful and the facilities are wonderfully clean. There are also good facilities and it is open all year.

Great little campsite and friendly staff. Spotless amenities and plenty of fresh sea air. Loved our short stay here on the isle, am sure we will be back!! Exposed to the elements but the peace a quiet is worth the escape here 👍🏻

When campervanning around the Scottish Islands, we usually only stop at campsites to use facilities and top up with water etc, preferring to camp wild and have our own space etc, however we ended up spending our whole time on Islay at Port Mor. It's a lovely site, very easy going with lovely views and access straight to the sea...

Flat field with lots of space for camping and great views of Loch Indaal. Hook ups limited to one corner of the site and need to be booked in advance. Check in was easy and campers are welcome to arrive overnight - great if you arrive on a late ferry. Reasonable rates and dogs welcome (no charge). Facilities clean and...

I guess to camp you don't really need a great deal, just a bit of flat accessible ground with running water and toilets nearby. We're getting a bit spoiled these days with hot showers, laundry, electric hook-up and wifi. If you're used to that though, then you will be pleased to hear that the facilities in Port Mor are great....

A fantastic campsite with very clean and modern facilities. Booking in was simple and we could park up wherever we wanted. Very good value for money for what you get. Would definitely stay here again.

Campsites on Islay are understandably limited. This site is well laid out offering views for everyone with hookups , showers , washing up and laundry facilities all inclusive. The showers are part of sports field facilities offering individual shower cubicles within single Dec communal changing rooms all very well maintained. The CDP is very basic - lift a manhole cover...

Was not camping but felt I had to review the playpark which had things in it that I have not seen. The whole site looked welcoming and very clean and tidy. The family ate and thought it very good value for a lunch.

Stayed here for 5 nights. Really good site and facilities. Good showers and toilets, plenty of hot water and spotlessly clean. Laundry facilities also. Staff friendly and helpful. Good cafe too, a bit short staffed, but they're hoping to resolve this soon. We definitely would stay here again. Terrific views over Loch Indaal, we saw dolphins and seals. Port Charlotte...

Super, super, super! The campsite is a lovely grassy site with a separate area for tents and caravans/motor homes. We were met by a very friendly warden called Jamie who showed us around the inside of the building. Spotless and i mean spotless showers, toilets - these were clean all day/night long, an area for washing up with a washing...

“If you arrive late or on Sunday, make sure you have enough food, milk etc. to cover your first night until you can get to the nearby shops as there isn't a shop on site. Have a few pound coins handy for the washing machine and tumble drier. £3.00 for a (large) wash load and £1.00 for half an hour use of the (large) tumble drier (half an hour's enough, trust me).”
