Was recommended Rockfoot by everyone at the Fintry Inn when I called late evening looking for a room. Moira (hope that's the spelling) cwould not have been more helpful even though I turned up at nearly 8pm on a motorbike with no prior warning. Really nice room, everything looked brand new, great selection of tea/coffees, a very nice breakfast and... More

We stayed here for a wedding nearby at Culcreuth Castle . The owner was kind enough to take us back for our car and very helpful . We enjoyed a hearty Scottish breakfast with fresh fruit and a lovely cereals followed by beautifully cooked bacon , eggs , etc .

We stayed for one night on route from Lands End to JOG. The B & B is very clean and Moira was a star, treated us to coffee & biscuits on arrival and made us feel, very, very welcome. Scottish breakfast was 2nd to none. Hopefully will get the chance to visit again. Thank you very much Moria!

Stayed here for 1 night as a break on our camping cycle Lands end to John O'Groats. Fantastic, Moira was a perfect host. The room was very good, everything was clean and fresh. My only regret was that our tight timetable didn't allow more time here. Everything was right - MOIRA many many thanks for your looking after us.

Moira made me very welcome and helped me to organise for a new tyre for my hire car. Her cup of coffee was most appreciated on a cold day. and my room was really great- a very comfortable bed, a selection of teas and biscuits and an ensuite stocked with well known brands of toiletries. The view from my room... More

Wow - what a fantastic B&B - Moira was exceptionally welcoming and really went out of her way to help me out (was running very late for a wedding nearby!) and the room/facilities were just great for what I needed. Room nice and big (a good size double and single bed in the room) with large, clean en suite and... More

Chose this B and B as we were in the area for a wedding. Moira is very welcoming, and ensures that her guests have everything that they need for a comfortable stay, and is very knowledgeable about the local area. Comfortable beds, warm rooms, and excellent facilities. B and B is situated in a peaceful and scenic area. Couldn't have... More

We booked at the last minute and couldn't have chosen better if we had researched the area for months! Moira is so welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. The room was comfortable and well-presented. We all slept well and enjoyed a delicious breakfast with great company. Highly recommend a visit if you are in the area. Well done Moira!!

Looking to spend a couple of nights in the area for a wedding we were delighted to find accommodation for two couples with a cosy private sitting room we could share. Moira extended a friendly, warm welcome, comfortable rooms and a hearty farmhouse breakfast. Ideal!
