Family weekend. Lovely room, good food and staff very helpful. Friendly atmosphere and nothing too much trouble. Views beautiful, aided by weather. There were nine of us and no problems being seated together for breakfast,. Would definitely recommend and would return.

we had a lovely overnight stay in this hotel. Staff were without exception pleasant and helpful, especially Donna in the restaurant, William on reception and the receptionist in the spa (which i could remember her name). I have been in nicer hotels but i dont think i have ever been someone that eveyone was so helpful and friendly. Made it...

We stayed here recently on a DB&B voucher offer. As it was a special occasion we opted to upgrade to a deluxe room with sea view. Our room was huge & situated at the top of the hotel. The room size was the positive however it went downhill from there - creaky & very uneven floors, rattly windows, extremely cold...

This was a little way out from the centre of Troon town, nearby bus or a short taxi ride gets you there or walking, so for us it was not to far. Overlooking the Royal Troon Golf Course and the views are fantastic. From our room and the dining area there was the moody Ayrshire coast, the sea and all...

We stayed two nights at the Marine Hotel and will definitely be back! Nice staff and amazing views across Royal Troon GC towards Isle of Arran. Rooms were clean and nicely decorated. The Hotel was trialing a hot buffet breakfast but it wasn't all that great in our humble opinion, a cooked breakfast to-order would have been nicer. However the...

I visited the restaurant today for a family lunch & would not return. After being seated I opened my menu to find it only had starters listed, the waitress took it away then returned 10min later with another menu that included mains. Could only offer one meal for my child with an egg allergy!!😡 my partner ordered mussels, I ordered...

Stayed at the hotel on a Saturday night dinner bed & breakfast offer. £139 which seems to be average for this standard of hotel. We stayed on a beautiful sunny day so sat outside with drinks in the afternoon, the bar area inside was very nice. Our room was fairly small and didn't have much natural light. Felt like a...

Purchased a two night stay with dinner, bed and breakfast. Although not the most modern of hotels it was decent value for money. The room was small but clean. The location is handy for town and there's good views of the golf course. 3 course meal was better than I expected and the wine was also decent. The bar is...
