Visited in early April 2014. The staff on reception are really nice and friendly. Room was good, only downside for me is that the bathroom decoration is really dated, however the facilities themselves are in fine working order. Wi-fi is problematic in rooms, working only intermittently but this wasn't a huge issue as it works fine in public areas. Parking...

On arriving we were a little disappointed as the pictures on line had lead us to believe that the hotel had views of the loch. The very 80s styling and decor (including avocado bathroom suite) were also a little off putting but that was just on the surface. On settling in we found the room was warm and comfortable. Both...

This review good easily have been a 4 star review. The car park was great, reception and check in were fine and the evening meal and the breakfast were excellent. However, the rooms were a good size, but quite dated, a minute TV and the bathroom was about 30 years out of date. Even these negatives should have still earned...

Really nice and happy to help staff. The manager Anggie was really helpful and supportive for all the aspects. The location of the hotel is also very promt in the small village. But not a good option for vegitarian food.

Absolutely wonderful stay! We were on our honeymoon from Canada during peak tourist season and did not have reservations at the Drumnadrochit Hotel. Sean arranged for us to have a room, allowing us a chance to enjoy this great little village. He was very helpful, offering us suggestions on local pubs and tourist attractions and helping us get the most...

Only went in to get a coffee in the late morning as was freezing after being out by the loch on a very cold winter morning (and having had a bad experience at another Drumnadrochit cafe earlier in the day.) This bistro is lovely. The place is bright, airy and warm. The coffee was great and their homemade cakes looked...

Had booked two twin beds in the main building via laterooms. However, upon arrival, there were no twin beds available in the main building. I showed them my lateroom reservation printout which indicated that I booked two twin beds in the main building. Was told that they have had problems like this with laterooms. The wifi was erratic so I...

We found the staff very friendly and helpful however the hotel isn't very nice, the room hadn't been hovered, no remote control for the tv, the shower burnt my girlfriend, the bath was cracked and the curtains stained. Full credit to the staff for being so friendly but didn't like the hotel, we decided not to complain as we didn't...
