Had a wonderful dinner at the Loch Ness Lodge- my daughter and I had grilled salmon and a loch ness light beer - which were amazing, my daughter had a grilled chicken dinner- had a bite of that and it was very flavorful, my husband had venison plate and ate every last bite! Service was also excellent and the bathrooms...

The hotel is really run down. If this is considered three star level, then one star would be living in a hole in the ground. Think really old motel level. The rooms are tiny, the decoration must be from 70-80s. Our room had no washing liquids besides hand soap and a broken tea kettle. Heating is via an electrical furnace...

Hotel was lovely and quiet. Nice Scottish decor and staff were very helpful. Room was spacious and clean. Food at restaurant was yummy, however only 5/6 items on main menu and they don't change! I felt because me and my partner were not guests through the bus trips we didn't matter. We weren't allowed to go to the restaurant in...

The hotel is in a great location. Close to the castle, post office, couple of cafés, a back country road if you choose to take it can loop around with a few waterfalls, old church, and a few old stone arch bridges. We would stay their again. Staff and food were great. Internet is available in the lounge only. You...

We had a wonderful weekend here. The staff were really helpful and friendly. It's an old building and very pretty but it does get a bit cold. We arrived late and the staff had already put the portable heater in our room on ready for our arrival so it was cosy and warm (which was very thoughtful of them). The...

Travelled here in a group, and it's definitely a nice quaint hotel. Only issues: Wifi not available in rooms, and there is also no service in the rooms either. Wifi was also a little temperamental. The rooms were a little musty smelling, which set off my asthma a little. Some others in the group also had issues with bugs (not...

Loch Ness lodge hotel Well after driving about 10 hours and a few rest stops, we arrived at the hotel almost at midnight. We called about 6 hours prior informing them we'd be arriving late and they informed us that it would be ok. And it certainly was. I walked into the front and a nice lady handed me my...

I actually travelled here in september 2015 as a group. The place is exactly what you would picture in an authentic Scottish lodge! Lots of tartan!! I thought it was pretty neat. The lounge areas are pretty homey, our group grabbed some drinks at the bar before our dinner at the lodge. Afterwards the group hung out again in the...
