Stayed at The Eagle Hotel for 1 night and it is a nice lively hotel. We stayed in one of the back rooms and got a nice peaceful sleep. The bar had a great atmosphere and the staff where really friendly and nice.
Had a one night stay on a weeks motorcycle trip
This was the most expensive hotel of the week at over £100 per night for a double room with single occupancy

We stayed for a Saturday night and it was a mistake. The pub below our room closed at 1 am and the noise from the revellers made it difficult to sleep. The cooked breakfast is full but greasy. Room was small but fine.
My husband and I love golf and visited the town for a week away. The whole place was lovely but this one "wee" pub was our home-away-from-home for the trip!

didn't stay here but had a great lunch!! great staff , great food and a great choice of drinks!! they were really good with our dog, straight out with a water bowl and the decor was really cosy. Thanks
