Again a most enjoyable dinner in the Cristal Restaurant. Food delicious and so relaxing in lovely surroundings. Had coffee and liqueurs sitting in the Grand Hall. Just delightful. We will be returning soon and very highly recommended.

Stayed for one night, as a special treat, on our way to Loch Awe. The hotel is set in beautiful grounds and, in itself, is a work of art. Our room was very spacious and immaculate. The staff were all pleasant and helpful. We enjoyed a very good meal in the restaurant and the breakfast the following day was exceptional....

We managed to choose one of those glorious days where no-one would have believed Scotland could be so stunning were it not for the photos to prove it... a slight wind down the River Clyde ensured that for as many of the holes that gave you the satisfaction of playing like a professional and booming it 300 yds, there were...

The room we got was perfectly nice with a view on the back-yard. The main room, however, I think it needs a bit of a touch of redecoration. Food was great. I had a walk in the morning around the estate and it is wonderful to feel the fresh air. I have been there twice already and will definitely go...

It sits on the south of the river Clyde, in wonderful grounds. We stayed in the Spa accommodation, and our suite was fabulous....

Fabulous venue. Lovely old traditional building. We were in a family room which was nice and spacious. However the room was very very tired and in need of refurbishment. Can't believe the shower was over the bath... come on, I wouldn't even have that in my own house. Curtains looked like they were made 100 years ago. Bed counterpane was...

A work stay for 1 night. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The check in and out were quick and easy. The restaurant was good, limited selection but good quality. Breakfast was the standard fare for this type of hotel.

We always stay here when visiting family in Glasgow, it seems like a very popular wedding venue so for the last two stays there have been wedding parties but thankfully the discos in the evenings have never disturbed us, on our last visit we were upgrade to a beautiful room where we did hear a little partying but it was...
