Stay in a self catering cabin for a week. You have got to be kidding. That was my first reaction when i heard about Loch Monzievaird. What a place. Very peaceful and relaxing. No loud music. No all night parties. No bright lights on all night. The views are stunning especially from cabin 11, sitting gazing across the loch at...

Just back from a week in the Gamekeepers Lodge. Very spacious property, more than enough room for 4 of us plus our dog. Facilities excellent, nice enclosed patio to rear, weather not quite good enough to utilise the BBQ but must be lovely in summer. Also had a handy enclosed area to the front of the property, ideal for our...

My wife and I found Loch Monzievaird when looking for the ideal spot for a relaxing few days following our daughter's wedding. With in-laws from Australia staying, priorities were: Pitlochry and the Scottish highlands, Loch Lomond and the Trossachs, Edinburgh Castle, St Andrews, and of course, the Falkirk Wheel. Loch Monzievaird was the ideal base! Central and within 1 hours...

this was an amazing setting! The Lodge we had was beautifully presented and had everything we could possibly need. (Including sharp knives. blunt knives are one of my pet hates about most self catering places we have stayed!!) The staff were really helpful from start to finish. We needed an odd number of days in high season due to a wedding...

The location of the lodge was very convinent as we was nicely set out in the country of Scotland but we was not too far away from major locations! The lodge we...
