Detailed Reviews
These are Apartments so when you arrive if you go to the bar the bar staff are very knowledgeable and very helpful in getting you to your rooms and settling you in. Kirsty explained what was available and the rooms were very clean, modern, good bathroom facilities and very spacious. i have given an excellent as for the money we paid thats exactly what it was. All the staff couldnt be more helpful , the bar was busy on a Thursday without being packed, with plenty of space and seating. the food was delicious and very quick from our order to arrival. Couldnt fault any of it. Thanks very much

Popped in for a quick drink and bite to eat at 4.30 in the afternoon. The staff were very welcoming and immediately brought a drink and biscuit for the dog and settled us into a table in the dog friendly ( and really well decorated)bar area. The young lady who served us was very chatty and cheerful and this was really a great start to the meal. The food was hot and tasty and served very quickly. The bar staff had good local knowledge and directed us to a local shop. All in all a very enjoyable visit.

This was a lovely base for our little break of two nights. So many lovely places just short drives away.
The staff are so friendly and helpful, and the food in the restaurant was very good and extremely reasonably priced. The room was well equipped and the bed and bed settee were comfortable. Would definitely consider using it as a base again.

We were warmly welcomed on arrival by a very friendly young lady who was helpful.
We were allocated a room rather than an apartment, though it did have a fridge, microwave and toaster as well as the usual tea and coffee making stuff.
The room had slightly strange decor (silver wallpaper) which was a little tired around the edges. The mattress on the bed was quite thin and the window was next to some sort of vent at the back of the building (though the background noise from that stopped at night). There were only a couple of parking spaces onsite, but we managed to park a short walk away for free.
However, everything was very clean and the shower was good.
We didn't have dinner or breakfast so cannot comment on the food.

Really nice apartment style room. Very clean and comfortable, lovely bathroom and facilities. Staff very friendly and efficient. Lunch and evening meals wer available. Breakfast wasn't available due to current restrictions, but room has facilities to make your own, and very handy Spar in the petrol station right opposite to buy any food etc. you need. Will certainly come back in the future.

Wow, totally deceived from the front door of what is hidden within. A tired exterior hides a gorgeous interior and stunning bedrooms with great shower facilities and Sky TV.
Dinner in the restaurant was great, my other half said he thinks he had the best steak he has ever tasted!!
My ONLY small criticism is that we were in Snowdrop which has no cooking facilities so given there was no option at all for breakfast, we would have been struggling if not for travelling with friends staying in an adjoining room that had a good kitchenette. However, the supply of teabags and coffee were plentiful and got extra milk from the bar at dinner!
However, this was our final night on a motorbike tour of Scotland and such a lovely way to finish it off before the exceptionally wet trip back home!

We stayed here for 4 nights last week and we couldn't have asked for more.
6 bikers taking up all of their rooms and they went out of their way at every turn to accommodate us. They kept parking space free for us after each day's ride out. Their staff, especially Brooke and Craig, were ever so helpful and pleasant and they even came in early to do breakfast for us well before their normal time to start food.
Six stars if I could. Can't recommend enough.

Booked afternoon tea for a milestone birthday. Received excellent service from FOH supervisor Ryan and the other member of staff who served us. Good quality ingredients in the sandwiches and very nice cakes! Just as an observation more than a criticism, the lounge might be a nicer setting for afternoon tea than the bar, however but we were made to feel very welcome and would definitely recommend.

We did not eat there but stayed in a superior suite. It was spacious with a very comfortable bed, settees and dressing table ( only wee gripe is that this lacks a light to do make-up - maybe change the mirror to a light up one?) The bathroom had a powerful shower and luxury smelling toiletries. All the members of staff we encountered were very friendly. We had a bit of a miscommunication over our dogs but they dealt with this very much to our satisfaction. Would love to return if we are ever in Crieff again.

Popped in for my brothers birthday dinner while staying at crieff hydro. The restaurant itself is stunning the food was absolutely delicious really fresh and cooked to perfection and to top it all off the service was wonderful too. There was a little mix up with the birthday sing song but they were apologetic and sorted it which was much appreciated. Would absolutely definitely recommend.
