Detailed Reviews
Just back from an amazing 2 night stay! We stayed in the Coachmans cottage which was beautiful! It has been renovated to the highest spec. When we arrived we were greeted by a lovely welcome pack with cakes, fresh bread, eggs, jam, marmalade, nespresso pods, tea and personal PPE kit (gloves, mask, sanitising wipes). We also had a beautiful home made sponge cake that my friend had requested for my birthday.
The cottage is spotless and it was obvious they were taking the COVID guidlines seriously.
My partner proposed to me during our stay and before we arrived he had asked for some advice on romantic spots to do this. They were so helpful.
It is obvious that Ailsa and her team are passionate about their accommodation and guests and I honestly don't think they could have done anything more to make the stay more enjoyable! We can't wait to go back again!

Just back after a relaxing 4 night stay at Blairmore Farm in Gardeners Cottage. The cottage had everything you need including a washer/dryer and was furnished to a very high standard. The beds were so comfortable and we all slept very well. On arrival there was a basket of essentials such as tea, coffee, sugar, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets and lovely fresh bread, milk, butter, jams, oil and a box of delicious homemade cupcakes. We really enjoyed sitting inside in front of the wood burner and used the outdoor fire pit to toast marshmallows. The Farm is around 6 miles from Crieff or 12 from Perth in a quiet remote location up a single track road. We enjoyed our Farm tour from James meeting the animals and my son loved Hugh the saddleback pig! We used the small entertainment area to have a drink from the bar and a game of pool. We met Erin who told us that we could hire a hot tub if we came back which we probably will do. Erin also recommended the local cider brewery where I managed to buy a case of the lovely cider I tried in the bar to take home.

My family and I recently stayed here in the biggest house (catering for up to 10 people) for 2 nights and had a wonderful stay. The accommodation was modern, spacious and well equipped with all rooms en suite. Furniture and fitments were of excellent quality and the decor was very pleasing. We were also delighted with the fresh bread, eggs and strawberry tarts which greeted us upon our arrival. Every care was taken to ensure covid regulations were met with hand sanitisers at the entrance to the property and a supply of face masks. The property was a 15 minute drive from Crieff. We had a lovely break here and would definitely stay again.

We loved our stay at Blairmore. Our cottage (Orchard cottage) was beautifully arranged and very comfortable. It was spotlessly clean and Covid regulations were thoroughly adhered to. We had a welcome pack waiting for us and were able to buy meat for cooked breakfasts from the farm. Coming from a chlorinated hard water area we loved the water which comes from the farm’s own spring, it makes superb tea.
The owners and farm workers were all very friendly and we enjoyed our interaction with them all. A great place to stay.

We are just back from a stay in Coachman’s cottage which is a 2 bedroom cottage on the Blairmore Farm. The place was great. Both bedrooms were very large and both en-suite, one had a bath and shower the other a large walk-in shower. All the rooms were kitted out nicely. There was a good welcome pack for us in the kitchen. The garden is south facing so gets the sun from early morning then right through the day, which we made the most of. In the garden there was a fire pit and 2 BBQ’s. A plentiful free supply of logs is also on had nearby- a nice touch. I would definitely recommend this place and will probably use again sometime.

Just back from a great relaxing few days away, it’s hard to find somewhere to accommodate 10 family members and 2 dogs.
The 5 bedroom cottage (Ard view) was an excellent standard, the welcome basket was a lovely touch and the homemade cake was above and beyond.
They did everything to make us feel welcome.
The cottage had everything you need, fantastic views with Crieff not far away.
The little farm animal tour was great and the men even though they were working took plenty of time to show us around.
Would highly recommend a visit to these lovely cottages, and would definitely return
Thank you.
If staying as a large party for a while, I recommend bring extra bin bags.

My family and I really enjoyed our recent stay at Blairmore farm. The cottages are really lovely, decorated to a high standard and clean. They would be perfect for both a quiet getaway and a celebration, and are ideal for anyone with mobility issues as all on one level. We liked how most things re the booking are organised via an app which is easier than exchanging emails. We really appreciated the small touches the hosts made - a wee welcome drink and a hamper full of treats. Would recommend the breakfast too and taking some food and drink with you, because one you’re there you just want to chill in the cottage. We’ll be back soon with the rest of the family - thank you!

We stayed in Dove Cottage with our dog for 3 nights - very well equipped and spacious cottage - nice touches such as welcome goodies and also poop bags, towel and dish for the dog. We had fantastic weather and managed to sit outside and enjoy the fabulous views. Garden was well secured for the dog and impressed with the amount of poop bins around the grounds. The driveway from the road is not for the fainthearted - it feels like you are driving off the edge of a cliff!! Plenty to do in the area and many dog friendly pubs to eat out. We would definitely revisit.

Just back from a weekend stay at Blairmore Farm & honestly, it’s one of the best places we have ever stayed!
The care & attention to detail from the team was unreal!
We stayed in the 1 bedroom Dove Cottage.
When we first walked in.. the place was absolutely stunning!
There was a welcome hamper on the table filled with homemade bread, jams, marmalade, flapjacks, coffee pods & sugar & sweeteners.
Opened the fridge... and milk, butter and eggs from the farm shop had already been provided (we were actually blown away by how nice a gesture this was!) 😊
Along with all this, there were complimentary PPE kits also provided for us which again, was such a lovely thought.
The farm itself & the area which surrounds it is so quiet, which is exactly what we were looking for.
I could literally go on forever about how much we loved this place!!
We’ll definitely be back again!
Thank you so much guys!! xxx

My friends and I booked Strathview Cottage for my 40th birthday celebration and we were not disappointed.
After a long drive, we were greeted with a welcome basket containing delicious local eggs and tray bakes, along with some essentials for the group. The cottage is extremely well equipped with all the essential tools for cooking and hosting. The lovely open kitchen and living area was warm with plenty of space for everyone to be comfortable. The bedrooms are roomy and beautifully prepared for visitors with dressing gowns, slippers and luxury bathroom products.
We explored the local area and completed the Laggan Hill and Lady Mary’s walk route, which offered spectacular views across the countryside. The horses and Highland Cattle in the surrounding farm were a delight to see. We considered going out for dinner one of our two nights, but opted instead to eat in since the cottage was such a welcoming and cosy space for everyone.
I enjoyed my visit tremendously and hope to visit again in the future! Thank you, Blairmore Farm, for making my 40th birthday a wonderful celebration!
