Gleneagles does not need a review from me but is a special place. Was lucky to catch George in the still room, just 10mins before closure. He talked me through his whiskies with prose that would do Robbie Burns proud. One bottle of Blair Atholl later and I was a happy man Oh - they do the best breakfast you...

We visited the hotel for afternoon tea on Sunday. A coach load were being greeted by three members of staff as we entered the hotel they were all smiles to the coach group but ignored us completely as if we were invisible. The dining room was beautiful with fantastic views. The staff were pleasant but not particularly attentive. The high...

Great place for a family getaway. Although our stay was on a Monday & Tuesday night which required me to take 3 days off work, we really enjoyed our stay. There was lots to do for our 1 year old son who also really enjoyed it. The hotel staff were excellent during our entire stay. Arguable whether it's value for...

My wife and I spent the weekend to celebrate our Ruby wedding anniversary. The whole experience was exceptional. We were made most welcome on arrival, dinner was fantastic in the Strathearn. The grounds are perfect for a stroll and very well maintained. Overall - a wonderful experience.

Staff are very helpful.Golf facilities are excellent, Dining experience very good but unfortunately the deseo restaurant was being renovated to a new type of dining facility, but it has to be done sometime.

I love this hotel - no matter what season the scenery is spectacular. We had a newly refurbished room in the main hotel - 263. Huge and bright with 3 windows in bedroom. Loving the new American Bar...try the french martinis. Dinner in the Strathearn is always special. On Sunday after the best breakfast ever...3 types of smoked salmon with...

Lifelong Ambition Achieved. My sincerest and heartfelt thanks to Iris, Helen and Susan in guest relations for their help and support in making my stay so memorable. And especially Ian on front of house who did so much for me. My stay was tinged with sadness for me personally as it was to prepare me for my late wife's funeral....
