We only stayed one night at the Steading as part of our road trip from Inverness to Edinburgh and occupied two rooms in the main house (as a couple we stayed on the ground floor room and our other family member stayed in the room above us). The approach to the property is via a narrow slightly bumpy country lane...

We stayed in the self-contained room within The Steading. It is spotless, stylishly decorated within a beautiful location. The breakfast was all within the room - we were given everything we needed for a DIY breakfast and we really enjoyed it. It was a cosy get away and we felt very at home here. The only negative is that it...

Lovely self catering studio in a peaceful get-away-from-it-all location. Up a narrow track we found a very warm welcome and secluded farmhouse. Our self catering studio apartment was similar in finish to Blythswood in Glasgow but overlooking nothing but beautiful scenery. Well worth a visit, aberfeldy is 5 mins away and Kenmore close by too, Recommendations for good local places...

Not too far from home, but with a definite 'get away from it all' feel the Steading is a perfect location for a couple of days escape. We stayed in the upstairs room which was very comfortable, with lots of nice finishing touches. Our hosts were welcoming and friendly and we had good breakfasts both mornings with lovely fresh fruit...

We chose The Steading on the strength of other reviews here on Tripadvisor. We were not disappointed. A warm welcome from owner Sarah Jane, nothing too much trouble (we had fizz to chill for a celebration and ice packs to freeze for the next day's hillwalking...all taken care of). One of the most comfortable beds I've slept in anywhere, a...

I am just back from a lovely weekend away with my husband at The Steading. We had the studio suite which is separate from the main house, it is a loft conversion above the garage. It price of the room includes a fantastic continental breakfast. The room is really comfortable with a lovely big double bed, seating area, small kitchen...

We stayed in the loft, room was really nice, it was snowing when we were there and the huge windows were great to look onto the fields from in bed. The sitting room was lovely and cosy, had a wood burning stove to keep us toasty. Breakfast was really good.

Een mooi loft in een prachtige gebied. Zeer vriendelijk ontvangen. A lovely loft in a beautiful area. A friendly welcome by...

Lovely setting and comfortable, cosy accommodation. We stayed in the loft which is private accommodation not connected to the main guest house. Although lovely, we felt that it was generally overpriced for a weekday in October out with holidays and didn't provided the value of which we expected to get. A do it yourself breakfast was provided. Kitchette area was...
