Stayed here in August 2016, overall very tired and in need of refurbishment urgently. Breakfast was good but again the hotel needs new in all areas. Rooms and bathrooms look to be at least 20 years old
From the outside, the hotel does look special. In a prominent position overlooking the harbour.
The room I stayed in (2) was large fitted with a double and a single bed, sofa and overlooking the harbour.

The hotel was basically fine, but they really need to invest in new mattresses. Ours felt about 20 years old. It was like sleeping on a pile of old newspapers wrapped in a burlap sack. Other than that, the hotel was charmingly un-modern. Nice staff....More

Sarah. I don't know the answer to your question. I would imagine it would be no ( unless guide or hearing dog) I will ask my cousin who works there. Maybe management will see this and clarify with you.
