Very nice place. Clean rooms, great service and friendly personnel trying to do anything to make us happy.
Also location is pretty good if you are into whisky. There are four destilleries just at the town and many others around.
Stayed in a twin room for two nights room was ok but bit tired, clean tho.

Visited for a night whilst on business nearby. Pleasant stay and good hospitality. Mr double room was in the Bank House building and well appointed.
Downsides? Food was good but a bit pricy. Noise from passing lorries.
We spent 3 nights Eastbank during a 2 week whisky tour. The room was very spacious and comfortable and the WiFi was strong. The manager and staff were friendly. Breakfast was good and we ate dinner there each evening. The meals were reasonably priced.
We stayed here because it was near The Cragellachie Hotel for the Whisky festival. This hotel has lots of stairs. It is very old in decor. The tub was difficult to climb in and out of. The breakfast was good, but we wouldn't stay here...More
