I have stayed at Norland several times now and have always been made to feel welcome. The breakfast is excellent and a great selection is available. Rooms are spotlessly clean and the housekeeping is topnotch.

Friendly folk to both man and mutt, amazing accommodation finished off with the breakfast of kings. A last minute booking has never been so good and dog friendly with exceptional cleanliness. Promised we would be back and looking forward to it.

This b&b was perfect! Wonderful rooms with spectacular view over the sea. We even could see dolphines right from the table in the brakfast room! The breakfast was delicious and you can choose of many different things! The host gave us a very warm welcome and some good advises where to eat. Thank you very much!

Warm welcome; superb views from room; well situated to explore Lossiemouth which itself is well worth visiting. We walked some of the Moray Coast trail from here and that too is a well signposted route.

The home was spotless, the location excellent. The room was comfortable and complete. We are Americans, so not really sure what is the norm, but if this is it, it will be a...
