I have just returned from my first trip to Arran and stayed in this fantastic hotel. Family run hotel with beautiful rooms and excellent staff. We were with several family members and we were all checked in quickly by a smiling efficient receptionist. All of our rooms were to the same standard.....excellent. Cannot fault this hotel and will definitely return.

Spent two nights herewith friends who had recommended the hotel and had a lovely stay despite the weather. The Hotel has been beautifully refurbished and is so handy being opposite the ferry terminal. We ate both nights in the hotel and the food was excellent and the staff so friendly. Would certainly go back without hesitation

The hotel has been tastefully redeveloped and it really is stylish, quality furnishings and well kitted out. From our arrival to departure the staff were friendly, helpful, attentive Food was excellent. Breakfast, lunch and dinner. Plenty of choice. Quality produce and tasty dishes. This is a little bit of luxury on a beautiful island. Get yourself here and you won't...

Very high quality hotel, would hold it's own anywhere and shame several boutique hotel chains. Staff friendly, efficient, helpful. Superior rooms we have stayed in either had a great view of the ferry or were luxuriously spacious. Decor of high quality, housekeeping thorough. Food (bistro and bar) is excellent, breakfast choice good and cooked breakfasts also excellent. No herbal teas...

Stayed here for a weekend away, first time in Arran and it was just perfect!! Right off the ferry port but you wouldn't notice, still a nice peaceful atmosphere. Perfect walking distance for wandering into Brodick which seems to have the main tourist shops for the island. Staff were so helpful and friendly. They know the island so were able...

The room was big and warm, nicely furnished , with good lighting, 2 comfy chairs and a long mirror, we had a partial, view of the harbour and the views to the back were of trees and some private houses....

We had such a lovely time the previous year at this hotel we were excited about returning. However we were very disappointed with the whole experience. The hotel has lost its friendly, helpful and personal nature. We asked for some information on the local area and they just checked the Internet, which is what we did, but it didn't provided...

We stayed here on a 3 night break in September last year. The room we had was spacious with a huge bathroom and a beautiful view of the bay and Goat Fell. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Definitely worth having a superior room. Would recommend this hotel wholeheartedly.

I stayed here on business and really wasn't disappointed. The reception I received was warm, my room was very spacious and comfortable with a huge bed (which I slept soundly in), diner and breakfast were excellent. I'd definitely stay here again on business or pleasure.
