My husband and I have recently returned home from a trip to Scotland to visit my Aunt who lives in Cupar. My Aunt had recommended Meadowside B&B and we wer'nt disapointed. Meadowside B&B is a lovely large modern family house which is set within the town of Cupar, so its very near the train station and shops. We spent an...

I visited from 9 to 13 April 2017 on the recomendation of friends. I found good food, a comfortable bed & a warm friendly clean house run by a lovely family at a really good price. It's within easy reach of Edinburgh & other places in Fife that were interesting by car.

This B&B is quiet, yet handy for the station and the town centre, which are within walking distance. The owner is helpful and friendly, and cereals, porridge and cooked are all available for breakfast.

I stayed one night prior to a golf competition at St. Andrews. Lovely modern house, large unfussy bedroom with a good sized shower-room as part of the en-suite. Spotlessly clean and warm. Off the road parking and an easy walk to town. Tasty brekkie. Would definitely stay again as the B & B price for it's location very competitive.

First impressions not good as pile of dog mess at front door! The dog then barked quite a lot during the evening. I like dogs but not sure everybody would welcome this, nor being met by it at on your way to breakfast in the morning. The room was clean but quite bare and lacking in character. There was a...

Stayed two nights. Accommodating and pleasant owner. Clean room, good sized shower stall and lots of hot water. Wi-fi reception was very good. Cereals and cooked breakfast standard fare. Yogurt and museli a nice extra. Meadowside is tucked away in a residential area, and may be difficult to find without GPS. Being in a residential area it is very quiet....

We stayed here for two nights while visiting St Andrews. It was a plus, in one way, that we lucked in and were able to get a room on the ground floor so we didn't have to drag luggage up and down stairs. However, it was fairly noisy since the floor above was very creaky and we could hear every...

Parking was easy, there was only one other car in the drive, getting there was easy too. The host was very welcoming and warm, said nothing out of place and took interest in her guests, nothing was too much trouble. The host didn't lay down any rules, which is great as sometimes guest house owners like to do this, probably...

My Wife, son and myself stayed here for a couple of days whilst my son was playing in a Golf Tournament at St Andrews. Very pleasant stay. Mary and her husband were a lovely couple and looked after us well. We will definitely stay here again if we are back up in this area
