Excellent staff, amazing food! We were very pleasantly surprised by the Aberdour hotel. The food exceeded our expectations. The staff were all very polite and friendly. Some of the decor is a little dated, particularly the bar area. However, this does not detract from the hotel at all. Thank you for a fantastic stay.

The Aberdour Hotel is a family run, traditional Scottish country hotel. A club that I belong to holds its AGM and prize giving dinner there every year. We also stay over. We stayed over on April 1. We are never disappointed. The hotel is well run. It has friendly and attentive staff. The bedrooms are clean and well appointed. The...

We were upgraded to a superior room on arrival which was lovely and spacious. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Food in the dining room was excellent and great value as were the large breakfasts. We will return - hopefully to drier weather.

Visited today 24th Feb 2017. Went to watch Scotland v Wales rugby. Had quite a number of pints and felt very merry. It was even better when Scotland beat Wales for the first time in 10 years. Nice to see the Welsh guys up again who come every year come rain, hail or shine and regardless of scores etc... Enjoyed...

The staff and owners here would bend over backwards to help and treated me as as if I was the only guest and with a genuine interest. The room was comfortable and the en-suite a good size. I had a problem with the heating and tv which was sorted out straight away. The evening meal was good although my first...

Decided to pop in for a bite to eat. Was quicker seated and served. Meals arrived quickly. Which was good because apparently my son was starving!! Portion sizes are huge. All meals were tasty perfectly cooked. Really enjoyed our visit and will definitely return very soon.

Lovely Hotel situated on Aberdour High Street with parking for approx. 3 cars. Hotel immaculate, family room was very good, staff friendly and great service. Dinner was lovely, recommend the steak pie and the breakfasts were very generous. We chose this Hotel as they allowed well behaved dogs. We will be back and encouraging our friends to visit too.

I reluctantly agreed to have a private dinner for 29 people in the Aberdour Hotel for my 70th birthday. After tentative enquiries of the Hotel, I was professionally led through the evening by Iain the Chef and Pam , the Manageress. Iain came up with suggestions for the menu to make sure that all tastes were covered. He put a...
