From the moment we arrived through the front door of the hotel we felt at home, Maurice greeted us, helped with luggage and checking in and showed us to our room, food, drinks, spa and atmosphere was more than we were expecting. Will most certainly be back again.

Absolutely loved our recent stay! Beds huge and so comfy. The whole thermal village was so relaxing and therapeutic! The strawberry dacquaries were delicious and we had them in the bar and in the Orangery. We had dinner in Gillies and everyone's plates were cleaned! Great variety of tasty dishes and lovely staff who were so attentive. Breakfast was amazing!...

My wife and I booked a deluxe room for one night at £205 which was a little expensive but we were delighted with the overall experience. We were shown to our room by a very well mannered staff member. The room was enormous and had a sofa table and king size bed. There was also a smart television in the...

Spa very good - only little downside in spa was that children are supposed to be out of the pool by 6.30 & 3 children were still in the pool splashing about at 7.00. Not so good for a peaceful adult swim time. However meal in the gillies restaurant was very good, entertainment...

Me and my boyfriend checked in on the 19th of April and checked out on the 20th. Everything about our experience was just lovely. I couldn't rate it highly enough. All the staff were absolutely brilliant- especially the Sauna Master Jack and our massage therapists Kathryn and Becki. Jack, who guided us through our Celtic Sauna Ritual, was perfectly charming...

First time visit and not disappointed. The thermal Village and spa facilities are great and you can't help but wind down and let the worries of daily life float away. The gin bar was a must for gin lovers with very experienced staff to help you choose. Afternoon tea was good but breakfasts and dinner could be better for such...
