Stayed here for one night with my husband, it was a gift from Xmas. The hotel is in a lovely spot with fantastic views. Our room was a twin and lovely and spacious, very clean but cold when we went in, rang reception and they got someone to sort it. Beds are really comfy. Had a nice meal in the...

Visited here recently for dinner and it's a lovely spot - but to be fair I found the food portions slightly small, expensive and the food was average at best. I had the fish and chips and found the fish very greasy. I would visit again in case this was an off night but I left feeling underwhelmed.

Unfortunately we had a terrible experience with festive afternoon tea. It is over priced for what we got, 1 round of sandwiches a scone and some pastries is £22! Other local businesses are blowing the ballygally out of the water with their afternoon teas! The service was appalling, we didn't even get milk with our tea and no one came...

We stayed at Ballygally castle to break up the trip between the Giants Causeway and Belfast. The drive around the coast was stunning. Passing through little seaside villages along the way was just lovely and the views from the coast road kept changing and surprising us. Ballygally is a quiet village with a lovely bay and view across to Scotland....

We stayed here one night before catching a ferry from Larne to Cairnryan. We were able to get two tower rooms - much to the delight of our teenage boys. The rooms were comfortable - the shower was the best so far on this trip - and the service was fantastic. We ate in the restaurant and the food was...

Following my daughter's wedding reception there, we have had Christmas Afternoon Tea at Ballygally now for 3 years and once again really enjoyed it. Unlike some others venues that we have tried, the sandwiches are made fresh and on request - e.g. we requested no onions and no salmon sandwiches - and they were really fresh. We did not receive...
