Good food with generous servings. We only has a couple of starters and there was plenty to eat. We visited mid week and off season so it was nice and quiet. In summers months and at peak times I would recommend making a reservation. There is not much parking space. Also you do have to pay for parking but The...

I wanted to give my mum a treat out as I was going to be working on the actual day (mother's day) My sister and I thought about booking a lunch on Saturday as we'd been before and remembered how the views were gorgeous. We'd booked for 12:30pm hoping that it wouldn't be too busy. With seven off us including...

Popped in here for a cup of a tea and a quick stop on our way past. Lovely pub and friendly staff at a great location. We arrived just as they'd opened and didn't have to wait too long to be served. Lovely fire place too!

Booked a table for 7 about 4 months ago as we were on holiday and it was my friends 50th birthday, got a taxi there. Very quiet for a Saturday night, we started to order our food, everything we asked for they had run out of which was nearly all the menu, when I complained I was told they had...

My boyfriend and I went there on the recommendation of a friend. We were enchanted by the setting and stunning view from this charismatic venue. Fantastic Sunday roast in an amazing setting and great service. Would definitely go there again

Visited the pub for the second time and also the last. As it was my birthday I booked a table for six adults and a toddler. The pub was very busy as it was a Sunday, we were seated and had a drink whilst making our menu choice. Our starters came after about 40minutes, £5.99 for 10 whitebate. After another...

Lovely before but this time we booked, sat down at 1230 had starters at 1pm and then.... nothing until 2.30 when we decided to leave. 5 more minutes was promised but nobody was hungry by then we'd all passed it. So now as I type this we're waiting for a takeaway pizza. Still charged full price for starters and drinks...

Sadly some beach eateries are pretty poor but we were hungry so we carried on not really expecting such a find. First the car park - what a wonderful view AND the ticket machine was not working so we did not have to pay. It looked like a rather nice little inn - nice it is but little it is...

It's difficult finding a weekend getaway for my husband who's birthday is in February that I will enjoy too. Smugglers Inn was ideal. Friday took a day off and took in the Tank museum on the way. Great meal choice and quality food in the evening and cosy couple time. He was very happy as was I. Saturday, stoked up...

This review could run on and on. So I won't. Enough to say all very pretty but VERY misleading on their website. The whole place is massive and commercial - think thatched inn on disneyland steriods !!!! Access with luggage from small/only public car park a challenge to say the least. Rooms pretty but hot noisy and uncomfortable. Wait for...
