So stayed at this good looking hotel (£160 per nigh) a while ago over a weekend. The hotel management need to focus on some details if they want repeat business. 1/ The hotel says it has WiFi which is a standard mandatory requirement in this day and age, problem is it was not available in my room (and yes my...

We stayed one night in a double room overlooking the courtyard however the bathroom felt small and didn't have any wow factor at all The bedroom was really nice. Couldn't fault it. We initially had a very warm welcome then during payment for the room we were told we couldn't have dinner that night as the restaurant was fully booked....we...

What a wonderful location in the village of Corfe Castle in Dorset, with access to many areas of interest including Lullworth Cove. We found the staff extremely helpful, friendly and very efficient. The food was excellent and we would definitely stay here again. The steam train journey to Swanage was a bonus.

The hotel is in an idyllic location, in a lovely little village with the fabulous castle as a backdrop and the steam trains puffing past. The staff are really friendly and efficient, the food is excellent and the building is a wonderful historic structure with ancient panelling, great fireplaces, old mullioned windows… Everything is so close to perfect that it...

Only stayed one night as part of an organised bus trip but came away with a good impression of this older style hotel. Restaurant was very good as was my room. Corfe Castle is not the nightspot of the area so be prepared for a quiet time.

We were exploring the Dorset coast, staying overnight at different places. This was one of our favourites, the staff were very helpful and friendly, and the accommodation was comfortable. We dined in the restaurant, and the food was excellent, with a good wine list

Stayed 3 nights. Great view from our room of Corfe Castle and steam trains. Enjoyable dining every night, beginning with a drink outdoors in the sunshine. Great for walkers, Purbeck Ridge to the North and South direct from the hotel and coastal to the South and East. We walked to Swanage during its festival and caught the train back.

A really lovely old hotel with real charm and character. We spent 2 nights on a short break and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The service was very good, with friendly staff. Our room out the back of the hotel was very nice and cosy with a nice retro bathroom. We would certainly go back to this hotel again. The hotel...
