Stayed for 6 days on coach tour and was mostly unimpressed. The hotel is not disability friendly. There are no ramps and no one at the hotel makes any attempt to assist with the luggage. On the first floor the carpet is played poorly and...More

Thank you for your question regarding showers/baths access. We have 2 rooms which would be suitable. The preferred choice would be ground floor, Room 5, which has a large walk in shower with a fold-up seat and grab handle. This is a Deluxe bedroom in the main house. Alternatively, we have four poster on the first floor with walk-in shower which is is easily accessible. There is a short flight of stairs to reach this bedroom (No 1).
I hope this is helpful and if you have any further queries please do not hesitate to ask me.
We look forward to welcoming you to our hotel.
