Tim and Lisa were, as always very accommodating. We traveled down from the Midlands for a one night stay by the sea with the kids. Both rooms were of a great standard, newly refurbished bathrooms and comfy beds. Great location for a short break or longer holiday. Back again soon!

Very comfortable, warm welcome, felt like home. A quiet location, excellent for restful nights. There was a fridge and a microwave we could use, and a chocolate bar honesty pot - which were a nice surprise! We came for a surf break, perfect location.

We had a lovely welcome when we arrived, with a cup of tea in the lounge. Our bed was very comfortable and breakfast, which we ordered the evening we arrived, was cooked fresh for us. Really nice hosts and we'll be happy to stay there again.

We made a booking to stay here the night but in the end we couldn't make it so we had to cancel our reservation, we were charger £83 for it but the owner said that we didn't have to pay it which was really helpful and generous of him. Amazing customer service.

Lisa and Tim are welcoming, friendly hosts and most helpful with local information etc. Our bedroom was rather small but nicely furnished and perfectly adequate for a short stay.It had a very smart, refitted shower room with super shower. Tim cooks the breakfasts to order, with a choice of virtually everything...

Nice and friendly atmosphere, close to Woolacombe and Ilfracombe so easy to get to both by car. First night we stayed was good and breakfast was very nice. However the second night we stayed we changed rooms and felt the second room was very over priced as we only payed £10 more for the room the night before with an...

Lisa & Tim were warm and welcoming and had added little extras (tea & penguin on arrival, dog biscuit in room to welcome our pet).
