8 of us stayed here for 3 nights and we were all made to feel very welcome from start to finish. The rooms were lovely, 4 teenagers shared the quadruple room and it was perfect for them with lots of space. Breakfast was delicious and Bill & Veronica even made warm bacon sandwiches for us when we had to be...

Booked with friend as they said they welcomed dogs and that certainly did. Treats for the dogs, water bowls and towels provided. We were lucky as they were quiet for the two days we were there and were offered the family suit which gave us loads of room. Suit very pretty;;y furnished and very comfortable. Excellent breakfast.

We stayed here as we were taking part in the Iron Man at Wimbleball Lake. Veronica and Bill were fantastic hosts, breakfast was just what we needed and very tasty. They even provided homemade flapjacks on race day which did the job. The location is a perfect base for the area and really in the middle of the most beautiful...

Location in on a road which is very quiet, and the scenery is lovely. Very spacious B&B (seems to go forever)! Nice rooms, and again quite spacious. Real comfy bed, slept well. Great variety for breakfast, and very tasty too. Great hosts and great value B&B - will definitely stay again when we're next in the area (which will be...

This B & B was excellent, made very welcome and the breakfast was delicious. Poppy (the dog) liked it too. Next time we are in the area we will certainly book here again. Will recommend to all my friends and family.

A friend and I buzzed down to Tiverton for a friend's wedding and stayed at Barleycorn House overnight. The owners could not have been more helpful - helping us book taxis, putting out irons, helping us in with our luggage. The rooms were comfortable, lots of lovely touches including tea and biscuits. The following morning we had a lovely breakfast....

We had booked a suite at the Barleycorn for ourselves and our son to attend a family wedding at Huntsham Court. Unfortunately my husband was taken in on the Friday night and was unable to travel to Devon. We were already upset at having to miss the wedding and rang Veronica to let her know that we would not be...

This was my first stay at a dog-friendly B&B, taking my black Lab with me. Found the place on the internet and booked up, and was not disappointed. It really is dog-friendly - Jorge was provided with a bowl, towel and a Bonio on the tea-tray each day! He was allowed, and was happy, to stay in my room in...

We spent three nights at the BC Over the bank holiday weekend. Our hosts Veronica & Bill could not have been more welcoming when we arrived! Our room was spotlessly clean and warm. Breakfast on every occasion was superb and Veronica could not do enough for us. A superb stay. If you are attending a wedding or function at nearby...

We stayed for 2 nights in the family room with our 2 young children while at wedding at Huntsham Court. Our excellent hosts, Veronica and Bill made us feel very welcome. The family room was comfy, clean and tidy the breakfast was great, plenty of choice ( even for us Veggies) and cooked fresh. We would have no hesitation in...
