I always like to review and score with the price i paid in mind!! Firstly, i paid £10 per person for 3 nights in a caravan. Originally booked for 5 adults but only 4 ended up going and my 18 month old. There was no extra charge for services and no extra charge for entertainment passes. There was a charge...

Love Devon Valley Holiday Village. All the staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. Half-board food was very good value. Accommodation was clean and the grounds are well maintained. Have stayed there before and have never been disappointed.

We booked a newspaper holiday so didn't have very high expectations but were pleasantly surprised by Devon Valley. It is in a lovely location, and the restaurant is situated in a lovely position overlooking the river. We were in chalet 134A - this was a large chalet right next to the club room with a good view. It was handy...

Booked with Daily Mail offer. One bedroom chalet was cold, smelt musty, ancient with a 4ft double bed. Walking around in socks resulted in them covered in dog hairs. Chalet backed onto workshop/yard. Never opened bathroom window as workmen right outside. Workers cars parked alongside bedroom wall early each morning. Could not get to path to chalet due to parked...

I visited here with my partner for 4 nights on a Sun holiday. We were given a caravan on arrival SHALDON 108a. There is a 6.50 surcharge per night stayed for electricity (which is pretty reasonable) Parking is close by. The caravan is the most spotless that I have ever stayed in. Quite modern too. The takeaway is brilliant. Lovely...

Just got back from a long weekend at Devon Valley. Have visited this place on quite a few occasions since about 2004, so have seen quite a few changes. I have to say I was a little apprehensive about this visit, because of the mixed reviews. So, to cut to the chase, based on MY experience. Check in: Arrived early,...

We went to this site on a Sun holiday break and overall were very impressed. The site is right on the river and very clean and friendly. Food and drink available on site and was very nice but we cannot comment on the entertainment or the pool as we did not use it. Two bits of advice - don't upgrade...

After a tiring journey, stuck in traffic on the M5 and Exeter, we arrived to find a small quiet site in a beautiful location with amazing views. At check-in we was told we had a free upgrade from a silver caravan to a gold one. When we got to the caravan it had parking at the side and decking with...

We had a 4 day break here this week. The setting is lovely, the view from the restaurant is beautiful, however, do not eat there. The menu is dated, the quality is very poor. Both meals returned and after much haggling we were refunded. Would recommend they updated and upgraded the menu and get and retrain the chef. Have a...
