Very quaint guesthouse with very comfortable and well maintained rooms. Beautiful breakfast - the eggs were an amazingly bright orange. The hostess Suzanne was very attentive and guided us to a lovely restaurant, which was just a short walk away.

We spent two nights in this delightful location while visiting the Cornwall area and could not have been more pleased with the location, the accommodations and the hosts. Perfect few days at Tinhay Mill, Suzanne and Stephen are the perfect Host's nothing is too much trouble! Lovely immaculate rooms in a perfect location! Davina is a little darling too! Breakfast is the best!

Tinhay Guest House was a lovely surprise, a very clean, with a charming atmosphere. Bed room comfy and well appointed, all we needed. Breakfast delicious with locally sourced ingredients. Our host was lovely, attentive and polite, with plenty of smiles. Thank you.

Quaint old Mill on the old main road but now it's quiet and very relaxing.Hostess was very helpful and happy . Our room was big and very well appointed with a on suite shower but all in good order . The breakfast was excellent fresh cooked English which sets you up for the day . We would both return again...

From the very warm welcome, to the warm, spacious lovely room, to the Excellent breakfast, everything was great, the little touches also make this a welcoming place to stay, and we hope very much to be able to stay again at the Tinhay Mill . Would very much recommend Tinhay to everyone wishing to stay in this wonderful village.

This is definitely a must stay resort. We travelled down for a wedding and good not knock this Guest house. Easy to find, Ample parking and welcomed so warmly. The rooms were immaculate with a comfy bed. There was water and condiments all set out which is perfect. Breakfast was delicious and the home made compote just topped it off....

Tinhay Mill had a welcoming, charming atmosphere with a log fire in the lounge designated for guests. Stephen and Suzanne were very friendly, attentive and cheerful, serving a generous breakfast including juice, fresh berries, delicious homemade compote, muesli and cereals etc. The cooked breakfast was substantial and prepared to a high standard. I stayed with a friend in a twin room. Lovely room. Clean and homely. We had to get up and leave early the next day so would have missed breakfast but the owner kindly did us bacon sandwiches to go. The local pub was a 2min walk and lively on a Friday. Food there was good too. We stayed here...
