Four of us enjoyed lunch in the pleasant beer garden on a lovely sunny day. We shared a main course portion of mussels as a starter and they were some of the best I have ever had. We all enjoyed our main meals and would recommend this place which is situated on a street leading off the seafront.

Had a really enjoyable stay at the Wayfarer in Instow over the Bank Holiday weekend, although we were out most of the time the room was ideal for what we wanted, great location with it being a matter of steps from a great beach. Good breakfast and a really comfortable bed. Would stay again.

Had a nice meal with my wife. Wasn't very busy at all but enjoyed the surroundings. Good was good quality and substantial in side. Service was very good too. We stayed here over the bank holiday weekend. Clean room with a very comfy bed. The room was always warm and there was lots of hot water. Lovely view of the beach which is just across the road. The food was good and all the staff were really helpful and friendly. A great find , will definitely return.

Having arrived at 4pm in the afternoon on the 'off chance' we were given the last remaining room. It was very clean, complimentary tea, coffee and toiletries and with a fantastic view. We dined in the bar the same evening which was superb, great value for money and more than enough food! Breakfast was equally as good as the previous...

We have eaten here on a number of occasions and it never fails to please ! Recently we had chicken and ham home made pie - it was so very delicious, the sauce was lovely, the pastry light , packed with ham and chicken ! The veg accompanying the dish was cooked to perfection! We will return again!

Needed a B & B which would accept pets. Hit upon The Wayfarer. Good choice. Right opposite the beach which is a dog walkers paradise. Lovely staff, so helpful. Had super breakfast, and room was light, very comfortable and clean.
