Visiting this b+b was a delight. The welcome was warmand friendly. The room was perfect for us. Plenty of tea and coffee in the room with the choice of fresh milk, fab. We both had a great sleep. Breakfast was the best i have had away in years with the benefit of locally sourced ingredients. This place is well worth...

We stayed for one night on 8th May and we were greeted with a warm and friendly welcome from David and Rachel the owners. They had lots of information on the area to hand in the dining room, including maps and books. Our room was spotless, warm and cosy. We had a lovely tea tray and a very comfortable bed....

We had a lovely weekend away at The Swallows. The breakfast was very nice. It's just a 5 minute walk to the beach so a very good location to visit Exmouth and the surrounding area. The owners were very attentive and happy to offer advice for best places to eat or places to visit.

Suited our requirements perfectly as we only wanted to stay overnight, somewhere nice and close to the sea. Great location. Bedroom we stayed in clean and cosy. Best bit was the breakfast which was brilliant. Best reason to stay here! Our hosts were very nice and accommodating. There is parking round the back, which is useful but be warned it...

We have just returned from a short break at The Swallows in Exmouth. It was a lovely place with a very welcoming feel given by David and Rachel the landlords. The B&B is comfortable and spotlessly clean with a very nice breakfast. The location is excellent and its only a few minutes walk from the seafront or the town centre...

A very nice location just off the beachside and wonderful to see the part of the world. The owners were a perfect representation of how a b&b should be run. It was highly professional at all times and an ideal retreat for my wife and I from the London lifestyle that we have to lead. With great transport links around...
