What a piece of luck. This B&B has your be the best ever. It's situated in the heart of Exmoor with fantastic views and great walks all around. The house itself is absolutely lovely as are the owners. We brought our Cocker Spaniel with us and they made all of us very welcome. The breakfast keeps you going all day....

This is a well maintained home full of rural character. The owners Penny and Simon are warm and friendly yet provide a highly professional service. There is a large and comfortably furnished sitting/dining room for the use of guests. The house is warm and welcoming (we stayed in February). There is a good choice of breakfast including porridge (try Penny's...

We stayed here with friends last week for six nights. It was their second or third visit but my first. Penny and Simon are a lovely couple who look after their guests as though they were their own family. The breakfasts and dinners are so delicious with everything lovingly prepared and mouthwatering. Our large room was extremely comfortable, quiet and...

Wonderful b&b. Log burning stoves. Cosy bedroom. 10/10 for the bed. Scrumptious breakfast with plenty of choice. (Wouldn't choose to sit on the same table as strangers as I'm not a morning person!). Added little details in the room such as cake (mmm), fresh milk, smelliest etc. LOVE that dogs are allowed even though I haven't got one...yet! Thank you...

I have been really lucky to have stayed in lots of different B&Bs that have given outstanding service. Personally, I prefer B&Bs because there is more passion and individuality in what they do with attention to the smallest detail. This one takes it to what I can only describe as a utopia. Not only did Penny and Simon did everything...

Firstly, we were greeted with a warm and friendly welcome. Shown around and then to our room. Well, where to start? Good quality tea, coffee etc and plenty of fresh milk along with gluten free cake (as we are gluten intolerant). Spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished and what a comfortable bed with the best quality bedding; affording an extremely good night's...

Just one night, but we had a lovely stay. Set on the edge of Exford village, Edgcott House is in a peaceful location. The house was built in the early 1900's and has been beautifully decorated and converted by the current owners. We stayed in room 3, which was spacious, decorated in a soothing and unfussy style, and exceptionally clean....

This B&B is situated about a mile from the nearest village in a very quiet place. It has been beautifully restored by the owners and is presented to an extremely high standard. Our room was very clean and comfortable and the bathroom was one of the best I have seen anywhere, including some much more expensive hotels! There is a...
