Lovely place to stay - extremely friendly people. Pub has alot of history and is in a great place to explore surrounding countryside. Clean and homely surroundings. Mattresses a bit lumpy but other than that great.

The Pub with its Pubdog was very nice and we enjoyed excellent food. The room was very clean and nice with everything we needed even Cookies and bottled drinking water. The staff was friendly. Would book it again.

We recently stayed for two nights and received a very warm welcome. The staff were all very friendly the rooms were spotlessly clean and the food was delicious. It was great to be able to bring our dog and meet resident dog willow.

We stayed here for 2 nights while visiting the Chagstock music festival. The room was lovely and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Good pub food in the evening and a fabulous man-sized breakfast (with plenty of choice to suit most tastes) each morning....More

Dogs are more than welcome throughout. Best to call beforehand with larger dogs as we can recommend the best room.

Dogs are more than welcome in the accommodation. Please provide your own bedding etc. Please call and ask beforehand as we can recommend which room would be best if you have larger dogs.
